They've changed a little over the years, but i love these things. Not scientifically proven, but I swear if I have the startings of a sore throat, I eat a double dose and it goes away! hahaha, you dont have to believe me, but like I said, I've been buying these for 30 years. My sons GG lives by these vitamins! If he is staying over a GG house she always says, make sure you pack his ‘Vitamin C’ and she means this bottle! Not just any bottle! She wants to see the GNC Chewable 500mg (Best taste ever! The kids fight over them like sweet tarts!)

I have been trying to find these for quite a while. When my son was very young ( he's 36 now ) this was the only way I could get him to take Vitamin C. He now has a 9 year old daughter, and she loves them. it's a great way to get kids to take vitamins.
