I had ordered chrome finish, but found out after installation and peeling the protective cover that it was steel finish. Unpacking the string is a mess, easily gets tangled. If not care full, will spend most of the time. Electric connectors are flimsy. It took almost 16 hours to complete the installation. But it feels worth the hard work. Iam giving 3 stars because of poor string packing, wrong metal finish and flimsy connectors. ... show more

This chandelier is a show stopper! It took 2 electricians 8 hours to install and mount it to the ceiling - although we did attach it to a lift to be able to bring the chandelier down for cleaning and changing bulbs. This chandelier is not made for the lift, so they had to make a custom piece ahead of time to attach to the mount to make it work. It took them all day to install the fixture, then it took me about 8 hours to hang all the crystals. I would say the installation of the fixture and twisting the bulbs in are both very difficult, and the hanging of the crystals was very easy but took a lot of time and patience. The 1 photo review of a jumbled mess of wires is someone who lost their mind while assembling the crystals and went berserk trying to rip them apart. I had zero issues separating the wires and crystals, just need to do each bundle as gently as possible. This seller is also very responsive - i misplaced the instructions on how to put the crystals together and they responded within the hour. Love this chandelier and looks like it cost way more than priced! ... show more

I tried to purchase this chandelier two years ago and it was unavailable. I just hoped it would return. Although hanging each strand was tedious and required extra care, the result far outweighed the exertion! It did take nearly 10 hours to hang. I read other reviews before I purchased, found my experience to be quite positive. Each section was neatly packaged. There were extra pieces of crystal which was good because 1 had a small crack. I’m obsessed - I LOVE this chandelier. It did take us 5 hours to install (2 hours organizing/attaching crystals and 3 hours installing it) I highly recommend laying out a large blanket and then laying out the strings as you hook up the crystals. That will keep them from getting tangled. And then install them carefully so they aren’t swinging around wildly and tangling. I didn’t think it was hard to put together, just time consuming. The base installed easily at the ceiling, and the clips for the strings were also easy to do. ... show more

This chandelier is a show stopper!! Talk about grand entrance my goodness! We paid an electrician to come and install it so I can’t speak on the installation piece but we got the biggest one and I’m in love 😍 pictures will NOT do it justice. Standing under it feels like it’s fit for a palace!
