Shipping was very fast. Took about an hour to put together, instructions were very clear. It’s pretty sturdy for the cost, seems pretty well built. The adjustability on it is pretty good, you can adjust to the point where you don’t hit any real dead spots, meaning there is no resistance. It doesn’t take up a whole lot of space either which is a big bonus. Perfect for leg extensions and seated leg curls. I would definitely recommend if you’re trying to build your home gym on a budget but still want good quality.

This unit works surprisingly well, offering excellent range of motion and solid intensity with just 135 lbs. While it can’t handle much more without thinner plates, it feels heavier in use than expected. I wouldn’t trust it with 300 lbs—it lacks the sturdiness. I had to update my reviw...despite the negatives, the positives outweigh the negatives. Padding is mediocre, and rear storage only fits standard plates. Despite that, it’s hard to find a compact setup with sit-up, leg curl, and ab crunch features. For the price and footprint, it’s a smart buy.

Great new equipment for my home gym. It’s solid. Easy to put together. I’ve had it for approximately 6 months and zero complaints. The seller has earned my loyalty with their OUTSTANDING customer service. We moved and the moving company lost the leg stabilizer piece. We wanted a very compact leg machine, and the GMWD LE02 Leg Extension and Curl Machine has a small footprint, so after talking to one of their reps, we ordered this one. It's quite inexpensive for a leg extension and curl machine with a footprint of only about 35" x 35", and pics show a model using it for abs, too - I tried that, and it worked. It arrived probably boxed better than any piece of fitness gear we've ever bought. It has no smells, no issues, no rips or tears, and all the parts were in the box. We built it in under an hour. Our floors are hardwood, and the machine doesn't move - just sits flat. The metal tubing is pretty thin - maybe 16 gauge? - which we expected for the price. Btw, for some reason the listing says the max weight capacity for this machine is 95 pounds, but I contacted the manufacturer, and the rep told me that machine's total capacity (including the person sitting on it) is 550 pounds. Since the weight horn is only 9 inches, I don't think we could fit more than 5 45-pound plates or only 3 45-pound bumper plates, so that's fine. I can always work one leg at a time. For the size and price, I don't think there are many options - the other brands close to this price have a larger footprint. We actually tucked this into the corner of our living room, and it fits without getting in the way. We knew its limitations going in, and we're happy to work within them to get this small a leg machine - we already have a cable tower tucked in the dining room and a power cage in the bedroom, 2 weight benches and 5 barbells, so the compact size was important to us. This is our first piece from GMWD, and so far, we're happy with the machine, its size, and the value.

Pretty sturdy for a garage setup. Seat is very loose but time will tell. It was easy to assemble, and adjust. Be careful. At some settings the leg curl setup will smash your hands onto the handles. I'm going to bend mine out about 15 degrees to save my digits. I found out the hard way.

This machine is great! It's very customizable.. You can adjust the ankle pad to rotate to it down or up AT THE ANKLES as well as the actual larger pad at the axis point. The back pad adjusts forward and back and the seat pad also adjusts. It was easy to put together and a compact size. I belong too an online group coaching program and my very well educated coach said it looks like they took the blueprint from a very popular similar machine lol ... Love this piece of equipment!
