I don't think I could be any more disappointed in a product. Let me make this abundantly clear, I know my hair type, I have done my research. This is by no means an inexpensive or even mid grade price point for a flat iron. Even on sale, this is an expensive flat iron. But I will admit I was heavily influenced when I researched best flat irons, this continually came up. I purchased this in another very well-known brand. Both similar price points. The difference in qualities is astounding. This thing feels like nothing special but it's about the plates and the vibrations, right? Maybe the plates are special but the vibrations turned on during the first squeeze and then...CRICKETS. Nothing, everything I did to try to fix it, nothing. Turned it off, turned it on, pressed vibe off pressed vibe off, unplugged and plugged back in. Total waste of time and energy. Had it for all of 3 hours and shoved it back in the box.
