Fantastic for my needs-- I don't usually do reviews, but this deserves it. Whether you're like me and need another 500 battles for that shiny charm, or also like me and need it to run back and forth in the game for hours as you have a wrist injury, this controller works great! And at a great price; what can I say? I didn't feel like dropping $70 on an 8BitDo. I've been testing it and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised (I tried like 4 controllers, including the SwitchUp which was too complicated and buggy). Most Macro Controllers I've found don't map the Joysticks, but this will. You can also re-map the X/Y/A/B buttons if you wanted! Also, get this; the Macro paddles WORK with the Turbo button, so that means you can be completely hands-free if you wanted! Fully automated. You can slow down or speed up the Turbo, the strength of the vibrations, and change or turn off the RGB lights too. It makes shiny hunting easy for this game-- of course, the same for finishing up the battling. The included booklet is easy to follow as well so you don't need 10 YouTube tutorials. The fact it can also communicate with iPhone, Android and the PC gives me something I can also utilize for whatever in the future.

Terrific controller! For all the features the price is expectional! It pairs with anything very easily and that was important to me. I use it with all of my ipads and the Nintendo switch. It feels very well made and you can tell it will last a long time. I may get one for my granddaugter too. The buttons on the controller are easy to use and handle well. The grip on this controller really feels solid and responsive. The color pink is a vibrant pink. The pictures give you a good idea of color.

OMG OKAY It took few hours to find why the loop wasn’t working for the macro but I’m writing this review so others don’t struggle if they have same issue. Also if you had the lag with macro try this it might fix!!! 1. Download the app Keylinker from AppStore on your phone. 2. Connect your controller (it should show on the list of Bluetooth connection just pick something that says Keylinkerblahblah - that’ll be the controller) 2. Click the three dots on top right - Update your controller if your version is old (it’ll make you restart the app, then just reconnect the controller) 3. To set the macro click on the gear icon first (it might be half cropped - it’s on top right below the three dots) after you connected the controller and then click the three dots on top left, then select “advanced”. Macro option doesn’t show when you’re in simplified mode. (You can connect both switch and phone at the same time btw.) 4. After you switch to advanced mode now you can record the macros, slide the menu option until you see macro ML - now press the red button on the bottom and start recording your buttons on the controller directly. The phone will automatically record your timings!!!! So much better. This fixed my loop issue, I couldn’t make it loop but when I tried it this way, it worked. The manual that the controller came with didn’t show this 🤦🏻♀️ I found a guide online that talked about the app so I decided to try it and it worked!! The picture are showing the app (the gear portion for some reason is cropped but I can still press it) I’m sorry if the steps are confusing but hope it helps!!!

Test results, then a summary: A) iMac Pro: Sonoma 14.3.1 - BT Recognized as a Beats headset - didnt work - Wired USB - Immediately recognized as a PS3 controller in PC/M/PS modes then dropped after 2 seconds and "Not Found" - Didnt work - Left it connected anyways - in BT and Wired - Not recognized in Steam (Native), Boosteroid or Steam via Boosteroid. B) Lenova Thinkpad: Latest, updated Windows 10 - Recognized as XBOX 360 Controller when switched to PC Mode - The keys buttons are not only mapped wrong but labeled wron on the controller. The A and B are swapped, and the X and Y are swapped. You have to download an app like Antimicro to remap the button and then remember that your controller is labbled incorrectly. This is a joke of a mistake. Summary: If I was a native PC gamer who did not use Steam, Boosteroid, or other streaming gaming platform, who knew how to remap a controller this might work. For any other platform, or someone who isnt technologicially savy enough to remap the buttons - native or streaming, I would not purchase this controller at all, it doesnt work, its buttons are backwards...and pissed that I can't send it back - I threw away the box.

This wireless controller works across multiple platforms (Switch, iOS, PC, etc.), which is impressive at this price point. The battery life holds up surprisingly well, and the buttons feel clicky and responsive once you get used to them. The RGB accents are a fun touch, and pairing wasn’t too difficult after the first go. It’s light in the hand, comfortable enough, and doesn’t feel overly cheap like some budget controllers do. That said, there are definite drawbacks. Input lag shows up now and then—sometimes it’s barely noticeable, other times it’s frustrating if you’re playing something fast-paced. Bluetooth range isn’t amazing either… if there’s a wall, furniture, or the console’s tucked behind a TV stand, connection can get sketchy. Build quality is a mixed bag too: while mine has held up okay so far, I already have battery issues. Overall, if you want a backup controller or something for casual gaming, it’s a pretty good value. Just don’t expect it to compete with first-party controllers when it comes to precision and reliability.
