It definitely glows in the dark and reacts to blacklight. The glow in the dark is really only the stars in the glitter. The glitter is thick, almost like sand, but I'm kinda here for it. I tried several ways of applying and found a wet brush worked the best, otherwise not very pigmented. In the last pic, I applied the first two glitters by hand, the rest by various brushes, and the last with a wet brush. Wetness did not affect the uv glow. 9/10 would buy again.

I got these about a year ago and never wrote a review but I still have this pallet and use it. It Is UV light receptive but it’s NOT glow in the dark. The glitter is kinda chunky and doesn’t come up smooth it comes out in chunks and so you’ll have to use a detail brush probably or smooth it out right. But honestly not complaining this has worked great for me.

In all honesty, I've not tried to check these for their supposed glow in the dark/UV brightness. I've only looked at/used these in regular daylight/overhead lighting. PROS: --Nice mirror in the compact --Pretty nice brushes included --The colors blend very nicely. --The colors are pretty. --The eyeshadows (especially the matte and the shimmer) hold together well IN THE PALETTE and on the eyes. Those aren't flaky or messy. CONS: --None of the colors are bright on the eyes as you'd expect. Don't believe the photos. Even with a decent amount of layering, the colors are very sheer. You'd probably need to start with a white base to really make them pop and that's actually more work than I'm interested in doing for regular day-to-day makeup. --The glitter colors are of a bad quality. You've really got to press/grind the brush into them to get them on the bristles. Those glitter colors really need to be packed onto the skin in order to stick, and that's when they start flaking. They clump and don't give good coverage. They have a strange, gritty, sandy texture, even for glitter. --If you don't use a setting spray, you will need one for this palette. Overall, this palette was bad enough that I'm returning it. It's a poor excuse for a fun set of colors and I wouldn't even recommend it for fun events/Halloween/cosplay or anything else.

I used this for a glow in the dark party. The yellows, oranges, and greens I used glowed nicely under black lights. In normal light, the flat colors were not very bright. I did use water but I would have to cake a lot of shadow if I wanted the neon colors to pop. The glitter shadow sparkles in a pretty way but don’t expect it to spread nicely. It does feel kind of chunky. Still at the price, it worked well for what I need it for and my eyes looked really cool.

I was excited to try this and the quality is terrible and the glow in the dark colors, well I think it could be better. For preteens it would be fun, for more of a professional blend, I'd go with something better.
