We bought this for our camper. It took my husband less than 30 minutes to install. It heats our toy hauler fairly well. I do have a small heated in the toy hauler part just because there is 2 doors in there that lead to the outside + big windows so that room does stay cooler. The only thing I would change is the sound. I do not like the “flame” sound that it gives so I do not turn that feature on. I do like that this fireplace gives multiple color options. ... show more

Obviously not a real fire, but nonetheless is nice. Sound is loud and weird... sounds nothing like a fire. Would've been better to just not offer the sound feature on the unit. We still love it, just refrain from using the sound option.

The media could not be loaded. love it, but when purchased also had to order trim fire insert had on way of mounting it together with trim and onto the wall of fireplace, home made our own mount to make it fit view picture and video
