When I tell you I spent hours looking at rocking chairs to find the perfect one, I mean it. I knew the chair I picked had to be large enough I could lay in it (I tend to read on my side). It wasn’t enough to have a chair to sit in while I read. I needed to be able to lounge. I almost went with another one, but I’m so glad I picked this. Assembling it took a little over half an hour, but bear in mind actual tools were used instead of the included Allen wrench. This chair is so comfortable. I’m 5ft 8 and change, weigh around 170 pounds (okay, okay, 180), and I can easily curl up in it without feeling cramped at all. The cushion is thick and I personally can’t feel the wire frame through it at all. It’s currently by my living room window, where I can look out at the scenery and bask in the sun. I’ve had this chair for a few weeks now and I am absolutely OBSESSED. You can put it together by yourself, which is a tad difficult. If you have an extra set a hands, I think it would be helpful when putting it together. Instructions were pretty clear, although it took me about an hour to assemble, not 25 minutes. But the end product is soooo worth it. It fits both me and my dog with some extra room and it is sooooo comfortable. It’s my new favorite chair and I love that it rocks too! ... show more

I'm so happy I got this for my patio. It's very comfortable and I can curl up in it. I went back and forth with a few other ones and this one was slightly more expensive but glad I went with this because it's well made and the cushion is padded perfectly. Well worth the extra money.

I was skeptical when my daughter bought this for her bedroom. When it arrived, I was so surprised how comfortable and durable the cushion was. As far as assembly goes, the instructions are great and easy to follow. Just because the size of the chair, it is easier to put together with two people. Do NOT overtighten the screws, the parts have to give way a little for the pieces to fit correctly. The instructions show this, however just saying it again. Also, they send an Allen wrench for assembly, but if you have your own longer ones, it will be a lot easier because the bars get in the way in order to use the one sent. Using the one included means you would have to turn and reposition constantly. With all that said, the chair is amazing! It is durable and literally the most comfortable chair I have sat in. We are all fighting over it, including the dogs. I will be buying a couple more. ... show more

I don’t know where this product is made.. but be cautious not to open it in your house. My chair came packaged with small mice in it! In addition to paying for the product, I had to hire an exterminator! I was too annoyed with that issue to tell you if the product is good or not!
