The media could not be loaded. I got the 5x7, and it is true to size (maybe even a bit larger than I anticipated, but I love that). It does come rolled up, but after a few days it smoothed out perfectly and is completely flat. It’s very soft and comfortable, and vacuuming does the job to clean it, and it’s easy to use and upkeep.
