So the spring seems right tension and it opens/closes right amount to be safe to the Queen. Dont expect hvy duty stainless, this is not that. Chrome tin, but if coupled with free shipping, it is a fair value, and I imagine all cages of this type are the same.

    • There is a fix for the sharp edges

The build quality could be better, but they seem like they will do the job. If you feel around the inside of the clip there are sharp edges from the stamping process. I'm not sure how much damage a queen could sustain from the sharp edges, but it doesn't make sense to risk it. These edges can be smoothed out with a small piece of sandpaper on the front insides of the jaws and along the inside edges of the long slots. It doesn't take long. If the manufacturer would smooth these edges before assembly it would make for a nicer product. ... show more
