As someone who does a lot of crafting as well as electronic work involving a soldering iron, keeping something like this around is a must. It's a great deal for the amount that you get, and there's a decent amount in each individual packet. Please keep in mind however that this isn't very effective for more severe burns. My pinkie finger accidentally grazed part of the metal of my soldering iron and blistered. I put this on after running the burn under cool water. It did help a bit, but sadly it wasn't enough on its own. For other occasions that I've gotten a burn from a hot glue gun, while cooking, etc., it's been great to have on hand, but for a burn from a soldering iron that was at around 700F, it only briefly helped. Since this contains lidocaine, it would also be good for other minor topical injuries. They're great for a first aid kit, or even to just keep on hand since the packets are so small. I do wish it contained more lidocaine for the numbing effect, but otherwise these have been great to have around for most burns that would occur in my household.

This box of 144 0.9g packets of Globe burn gel come in a dispenser type box. The packets are good to have in a first aid kit or like me in a kitchen drawer because that is where I usually get a burn. The ingredients are: Lidocaine 2.0% Aloe bardadensis leaf juice Carbomer Ethylhexlglycerin Maltodextrin Menthol Phenoxyethanol Propylene glycol Triethanolamine Vitamin E acetate I have not burned myself since I received these but I have used this product before and I believe it had the same ingredients. It does help with burns, it has a numbing and cooling effect. It doesn't have any antibiotic properties other than aloe which also helps with burn pain. I like that it's not oily and absorbs into the skin.

Not going to do self harm to try this, but the way it feel and look. It does look like it will work. I will try this if I do get burn. Some to put in my first aid kit in the mean while.

This kind of product is necessary to be put in the first aid box. Before using this product, you need to clean the affected area and apply a small amount of Gel on top of the wound. It works quite fast.

I have been teaching prepping and survival courses online for a while and I have recommended that students get individual packets of medicines/treatments for their emergency kits. I LOVE the addition of burn gel to those kits. These packets are Lidocaine HCI at 2.0% which is just right for burns and such that you would encounter camping or hiking or running away from zombies because you had to "bugout". A box of 144 packets seems like a lot, and it is. However, if you get a group of friends together and build kits for your home, all of your vehicles, your motorcycle, etc. you will quickly distribute a whole box. Even if you aren't prepping-minded, this is a good thing to have around your home or office. Great value and I actually tried a packet while cooking and getting a small burn from a hot pan. Worked well and the relief came very quickly from the Lidocaine.

These burn gel packets are basically just Aloe Vera and lidocaine. That combo is great for numbing the skin and helping heal. For a minor burn it works great, but you can also use it for a variety of things where you might want to numb and heal the skin. It's good for minor road rash, good for post-tattoo comfort, and the list goes on. For the price I try to keep my medkit stocked with a few of these because they do come in handy, and since you get quite a few packets, you don't feel bad about using them up with you need them.

These are great to keep put up in your first aid kit. I like knowing I have these packets if we ever need them. They come In a dispenser box and they are convenient little packets so they would be great to take on the go or put a few in your car or purse. These are also great for bug bites because they help with the itch. They are real easy to open and you just apply it where needed. These are especially good to have around if you have children because they are always getting hurt and this would help ease the pain. You get 144 packets so plenty to keep some around the house, car or purse. I like these so much I got the gel and the cream lol. Would Highly Recommend!!

These are a kitchen must have. Maybe it's just me and my clumsiness but these are absolutely perfect for the kitchen counter XD they saved 3 people this thanksgiving as we had my too small kitchen packed trying to finish up the festive cooking. Each packet is enough for about 3 applications for a small burn. The box opens up as pictured so nothing falls out and they are easy to grab. The ointment is super soothing and works great. Definitely recommend for any household or office.
