Beautiful bike. Everything was perfect except there was a paint issue on front fender. About 1 inch had a area that the paint wasn't applied correctly or it was scratched. I had to have for a little girl party so had no time to send back.

Box somewhat damaged upon arrival. Some delay in the delivery, but that has nothing to do with the product. in the box, product was protected and undamaged. Assembly was easy (15-20 min for me). It was Easy to assemble, I recommend to follow the online video steps, they do it differently than the instruction manual and makes more sense. It brings everything you need to assemble. the only thing is You have to grease the chain before use, i didn't know that so I didn't have that ready. but other than that it was a great Christmas morning watching happy tears from my little girl when she saw it! ... show more
