I got this for my 12 yr old. It was really a surprise to her, as she opened the box you will see the tablet and then lift it out of the box and surprise you see the little keyboard and then lift the keyboard out and surprise you see all the accessories..very cute assembly. The keyboard is very large, the screen is very clear and it has a very loud speaker. It moves without hesitation. It connects to wifi and bluetooth easily. The ear set that came with it works very well. The tablet charger quickly and lasts for a decent amount of time. It was definitely worth the money. It does gave a case around it. The back of the case can be bent so that it will hold the screen up which it nice, but it is very thin and not prtective..so I need to get a better case ..it also doesnt come with a screen protector so my advice is to but that as well...it is touch screen and responds well. It is a great buy. It was shipped very fast and in a protective package

This is the least friendly thing I have ever been forced to set up in my life. There is No Child Safe apps or programs available in the phone I've spent the last three days and had to recharge the battery multiple times in the devices so that I could just find any sort of child safe UI app to protect my children from using all of the open source Google and public apps that came installed. This tablet is not for children, unless maybe those children are over the age of 12. There is no parental controls it doesn't have anything like Samsung kids and the Google application for kids space and whatever do not install correctly and are unable to create profiles for the children. I am extremely extremely upset and very disappointed. I cannot seem to find a screen protector that accurately fits this thing so I'm terrified that my toddler is going to crack it while we are in the car. The battery life is crap they don't last more than a few hours in one charge even with the power save and all settings set to minimum. They are slow to respond with the touch screen, it seems to spend an extra amount of time loading and runs very slowly even with my high speed Wi-Fi being right next to the router. I am very upset that I bought multiples of these and they are not at all what they were advertised or implied. The video included is just one vague area of reinstalled video content in the only "kid" app on the device. Everything else is full access to google without restriction options.

I picked up this kids tablet in pink for my little one, and honestly, I’m so happy with it. The color is adorable — a soft, bubblegum pink that immediately caught her eye — and the protective case feels tough but still super cute. She can drop it, bump it, toss it in her backpack, and it still looks brand new. The 10.1-inch HD screen is crisp and bright, so her shows and games actually look really nice, not grainy or dull like some kids’ tablets I’ve tried before. Setting it up was easy. I like how the parental controls let me pick exactly what she can and can’t do. The Kids Mode is perfect because she can navigate it on her own without me hovering over her shoulder, and I don’t have to worry about her stumbling onto anything weird. It's a good solid tablet for the price. But it is a bit slow. I got it for gaming, but will probably not use it because of its speed. Good for anything else though, if you're not into gaming, and a great deal for the price.

Set up parental controls and allow age appropriate content and educational games and videos and it is a great boredom buster for cold weather and days where you may be busy and need something to keep their attention to get things done. Best gift I could have gotten for my little niece birthday. She is very appreciative of the gift and is in love with it. Setup was quick and easy. She has had the tablet for a while and it holds charge and the screen resolution is crisp. She has all her kids apps for learning and games plus I can monitor her usage through parental control. Pretty lightweight and can be carried around easily because the case has a handle. I love how big the storage is as well. We have not experienced any freezing so far the experience has been smooth. So this seemed like a good tablet in the beginning. As a precaution I bought the protection so all bases were covered, or so I thought. Bought in May and by July screen is not responding to touch. We tried all the tech stuff ie: Even resetting to factory which was quite hard because screen doesn’t respond to touch. So you’d think being that you bought protection that replacing would be easy! WRONG! 2 months after purchase is past amazons window for return but it’s too soon for assuring protection to kick in? Your only hope is contacting Gleeso (the company selling) They in turn have you contact them by email. Even after explaining to them that we’ve done all the troubleshooting, their response to email was try troubleshooting. We waited two days to get that response! Again we explain we’ve already done this and are now waiting lord knows how long for a response? Because it’s my grand daughters and she heart broken, I had to buy her another one before being able to resolve this. Hoping they will do the right thing and take this thing back and refund my money.
