I gifted my son this tablet on Christmas. Six weeks later and I have to purchase a different tablet. It is super slow, camera quality is terrible, and I’ve had to factory reset it twice. It is already starting to get stuck on the power on screen and never loads. There are no damages to the tablet so I’m not sure why it is doing this already. I’m very surprised that it has only worked for one month and a half. Would not recommend to others. ... show more

No problems with the overall experience with the item. However, after about 7 months, the USB-C charging port failed mechanically. The device will only briefly charge if the cord is bent at an extreme angle, which is most likely an internal hardware connection issue. Getting in contact with the seller was a no-go. The item has a 1-year warranty, but they kept sending me to Amazon returns which said there was a 30 return policy. Eventually, a real customer service rep from Amazon was able to resolve the issue. I really had no other problems with this tablet. It is a budget device and help up well until the charging issue. I would buy it again - I would just be excessively cautious with the charging port. ... show more
