Works great at first but by month 2 it wont hold a charge at all. This is not a product to buy your kids to learn. You will need to buy a new 1 in 2 months time. My son is very upset and disappointed.

Initially, I reviewed a defective tablet. The tablet I had received was frequently restarting and would shut down if I charged it while watching a video or playing a game. After returning the defective product for a fully functioning one, I understand now why this tablet had the 4+ star reviews. I have no complaints, and I am satisfied with my purchase. I love and hate this tablet to be honest.... If you are looking something that is just for your kids to watch YouTube, this is a good option. However, if your child is like mine and likes to do multiple screens, and just have a bunch of stuff happening at once on their tablet, I would go with a different option. The set up is fairly easy. The screen is a nice size. There is some lag and the audio quality/volume is not great. This tablet is just okay. I didn't go into this purchase expecting an iPad type tablet. I relied on the reviews and feel kind of duped. UPDATE -.01/20/2026 I added a star to my review. My sons have been playing with their tablets for awhile now and they seem to be pleased with them. While the tablets are still kind of laggy, they seem to enjoy them for the most part. Also, I noted that it has been about 2 months and these tablets are still in great physical condition. Normally, they would have broken the tablet by now. I guess that speaks to the good protective case. ... show more
