Bought this for travel. Liked that charging was via USB-C. This held its charge for the 2week trip(2-3hrs of use) This has a complete set of guides to cover most barber haircuts. I’m able to get a tighter fade because of the wide range of guides and the blade height adjustment. I use at it max speed and it cuts well. I’ve been cutting my own hair for years and these have become my go to at home. The ceramic blade is a nice bonus! Plus, you also get to swap out blades for outlining and the body. For how light this is, it’s more powerful then it feels and sounds. Overall, this exceeded my expectations. Recommend for folks who want to touch up the fade at home and/or full cut. I am mostly bald. I have a corona of hair astride my bare scalp, and it's holding on like Crockett & Bowie at the Alamo. Consequently, I am particular about keeping it well clipped. I had Wahl clippers, and I found myself having to do five or six passes to get the stragglers. This took more time than I had, and invariably I would miss one or two that would bug me to no end. The first time I used these clippers, I did two passes over the sixteen hairs I have left, and they did not miss a single one. They are very precise and very efficient. Since moving to a bigger city, it has been more expensive to get haircuts. I bought these so that I could try to cut my husband's hair instead of going to the barber. Overall, they get the job done! Huge learning curve though, because turns out, a number three is not 3 mm... This is the first shaver I have owned and I am loving it. It is cordless and the battery lasts for a long time. I can cut my hair at least a few times or so before I notice the battery is getting near charging. It is very convenient with all the extensions for someone that has not cut their own hair before.
