The Gixxted Bluetooth headset was packaged well and shipped quickly. It came with the headset enclosed in a foam protector and the box contained a user manual, 2 additional earpieces and a USB-C charging cable. This headset was already charged when I removed it from the box and pairing was very quick and easy. I did it on the first attempt without using the instructions and was using it within 3 minutes. I use this headset while driving and during conference calls for work. The sound is amazing, no background noise, and everyone says my voice is clear and strong. I find that the headset is very comfortable for me. It is also very lightweight and I sometimes I forget that I’m wearing it! The controls are well placed and work flawlessly and I like that the headset has caller ID, so I know who’s calling. I haven’t had the headset for very long, but the battery life and range seem to be good. The headset announces when the battery is low, and I really like that it has an on/off button. I have to honestly say this is the best Bluetooth headset that I’ve ever owned, and you certainly can’t beat the quality for the price! I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. Great product and great seller! If you’re looking for a great Bluetooth headset, at a reasonable price, then you need to purchase this one. You won’t be disappointed!

The gixxted ear piece is great. I am enjoying it. The ear fits well and is comfortable to wear all day long. It's been a week of use and I haven't had to charge it yet( I turn it off after 15 hours of being on each day). The calls I receive are clear and no one has complained about hearing me. After the first pairing to my phone, each pairing takes 1-2 sec to connect. Great device so far and I've used a few others.

The Gixxted A18 Bluetooth headset caught my attention based on the advertised feature set. I purchased it for handsfree calls and teleconferences at home, in the car and at work. Overall, the voice quality inbound and outgoing is adequate and the active noise cancelation works well. The sound quality for music is a bit tinny and emphasizes treble – frankly, I switch to my trusted stereo earbuds for music. The headset easily pairs with my phones and computer and maintains a stable Bluetooth connection (both in BT 5.0 and 4.0 environments). Please note that the headset can connect with one device at a time and needs to be paired again when you switch devices. Build quality is alright, but the sliding power switch is a bit challenging to move between the ON and OFF position and could use more defined action. It is a bit difficult to judge whether it in the ON or OFF position unless you visually check. The headset provides voice prompts when you turn the headset on or off though. The large call accept / reject button on the side of the headset is easy to use and has a haptic switch point. Volume up / down buttons are functioning well. The headset comes with a removable ear hook and three replaceable channel-style silicone rubber earpieces. Despite its rather large size and volume the headset is very light. After a few adjustments of the earpieces this headset stays firmly and safely in my ear and is comfortable to wear for hours. Talking about hours, I charged the earpiece with the included USB-C charging cable when I received it last week and have not run out of battery power. First glance, both talk time and standby time appear to be quite impressive – haven’t pushed it to the limits yet. Overall this is a nice monoaural Bluetooth headset that has decent voice quality and all the functions that need. It is very light, comfortable to wear, stays put in my ear. And the price is right. I will get a second one for my daughter.

This BT headset was purchased as a gift for my 77 yo mother whos favorite plantronics BT earpiece eventually stopped charging. I have been on a hunt to find her something similar that is truly User Friendly. I tried a Marnana BT but it was large and heavy, and with only one button to control the thing, she (and I) had issues with knowing if it was on or off. I went in search of another, this time with a dedicated On/Off switch so she would always know if it was powered up or not. I eventually settled on this BT headset. The pros for it are that it was super easy to pair, it has a dedicated On/Off switch, and is relatively light weight. The cons for it are that it is still quite a bit larger than her old plantronics earpiece and though lighter in weight may still turn out to be too heavy for long conversations. The sound quality of this headset is decent, though I was still able to hear background noise (TV and my father) during our test call so I wouldn't say it has a lot of noise cancellation. But on the upside, her voice was clear and not sounding at all like she was in a tunnel or behind a curtain. The battery life is yet to be determined, and when first powering up the BT it only communicates "power on...connected" but nothing about remaining battery life (I will need to teach my mother how to check it via the phone's BT menu). Time will tell just how satisfied she (and I) will be. Take no edited review as a positive outcome.
