I spent several, several minutes following the images and directions to set a combination. I tried on both locks and simply could not get a combination to set, both of them refused to lock into place. On top of that, as I was attempting to set one of the locks for approximately the 100th time, it got stuck in the hole and now will rotate, but can't be lifted up. So within an hour of owning these, one of them is already entirely broken and unusable. I haven't the slightest clue how anyone has managed to set a code on these. ... show more

This product is only 5 dollars and I wouldn’t pay a penny for this! The locks do not work. I followed all directions to reset the lock and I reset it and locked it as the directions said. Now the code I set it to does not work AND the original code it came with doesn’t work either. Makes 0 sense. Only 5 dollars yes but this product isn’t work 5 cents because it doesn’t even work! ... show more
