This is a nice parka. The size is an XL, my husband is an XL but prefers and XXL in tops and coats. However, it fit him and his arm length fine. His pant size is 38x32. I ended up wearing it as it hit him at his lower thigh and when the parka was zipped, his stride felt restricted. While I wore it, the arms were too long and coat is cut for a man’s body. That’s not a complaint. I like the coat, I was warm and comfortable during some winter walks with the dogs. I had good coverage from the elements too. The materials are excellent quality.
