I got this jacket for my wife to wear during the winter and as soon as she tried it on, she fell in love with it. It came with a 85% charge on the battery so she was able to try it immediately and that was a mistake because she did not want to take it off. I swear she is part lizard and needs to be under a heat lamp, lol. Well, this jacket does exactly that and it is great for her. We took measurements before we ordered it and it fit nicely with a little extra room for a sweatshirt or something like that. There are 3 heat settings, and my wife found the upper temps to be a little warm, even for her, but that is great because she likes to walk outside a lot and will be good in some colder weather. It does have a hood with it that rolls up and is tucked into the collar. Overall, I highly recommend this product! ** Follow-up 2 months later: Not sure if anyone has same problem, but jacket won't turn back on unless you unplug the battery and then plug it back in. ?? No way to contact the company???? Can't ask questions on this product either???

Last Christmas I gave one of these to my mom, and another to my girlfriend. We're in Alabama, and the freezing winter temperatures made this a favorite gift for both of them. The chargeable power pack makes them both happy, and my girlfriend became the envy of the ER she worked in. But, fair warning: if you have cats, don't leave the jacket out. One of hers was smart enough to figure out where the button was (it's on the chest) and sit on it, which activated the jacket and kept its butt comfortably toasty - but drained the battery and left her cold when she had to leave for work.

My daughter bought this jacket for me as a gift. I am always cold and attend my son’s outdoor sporting events frequently. It gets very warm and has several different heat settings that are so easy to use. It is light weight and soft on the inside. I recently wore it to a football game and it rained. It is waterproof and the rain just beaded off and I stayed nice and dry. I usually wear a Large and it is a little snug, especially with a sweatshirt or sweater underneath. But overall I am very happy with it.

The heat stays on for about 4 hours on high. The coat is made well. The patches are a little strange, but maybe was meant for people working security or some official capacity where I could see you needing to change out patches. The fit is pretty good. I usually like a large and got a medium based on reviews. I think I would size down one more even if I wanted to layer this. It is fairly wind resistant, but without the heat going I think it would be too lightweight for a cold day. The style is nice it has some shape, not just a big square. Overall I love it enough that I am purchasing another one in the fleece material for layering.

I bought this jacket for my wife who is cold most of the time. We take motorcycle rides and she says it cuts the wind out and she remains warm. Jacket seems well built, it has little zipper teeth which we typically struggle with them seperating. This seems to be holding up and not showing any sign of being a problem. Battery and heating element work, one on back, one element on chest area and heating pads at elbow area. Has 2 velcro patch areas on the upper arm area with an american flag and a patch with company name on other . We removed them didn't understand that addition. Maybe we can find a Harley Davidson patch. Much better reviews then the Milwaukee Jackets. Wife is 5'6 120 lbs. And a small fits great.

My wife loves the jacket. The way it looks, feels and fits. Heats up nicely for her. She rarely even uses anything more than the low setting. Only problem is at first it seemed to last a few days for her no problem. Uses it to take dogs out. When she runs out and her daily walks. Last few times she charged it and the next day goes to use it and the battery pack is dead or very low. Last time she only used it for maybe a half an hour tops on low. Not sure if it drains when the pack is left plugged in not even in use. Or if for some reason the jacket isn’t actually turning off. She tried fully charging and using it then unplugging the pack. And after a thirty minute use the next day. It said 9%. The jacket other than that is fantastic. Have to figure out the battery issue. Possibly a defective battery pack
