I love this thing, it is worth every penny and then some! I think this is a steal even at retail price, discounted, is a no brainer. Now don't expect to be able to go outside in freezing temps with nothing on but this jacket, without insulation you'll freeze cause it has none. The heat warms up the layers you are wearing and in turn warms you. The point is so you don't have to wear seven layers to stay warm. Just one maybe two layers and this jacket is all you need. (One or two layers because everyone is different). Typically for my neck of the woods a t-shirt and a medium weight synthetic sweatshirt is all the insulation I need for those days that drop down in to the 20°s, more insulation if colder or very windy or both. If this thing can make me start sweating when it's 14° and I am only snowblowing,... It's a good jacket. The 75D fabric (more on that below) has good abrasion resistance I am always rubbing up against things at work and there are no signs of any wear. It blocks wind until 30+mph, on gusty days I feel some of that wind make it's way through the fabric, it's very light, but I feel it. On days like those wear a synthetic or wool base layer it will help. So say there is a day in the upper teens, low twenties with a 15-20 mph wind, gusts 20+. I personally would wear a base layer and a mid layer. The Jacket sizing runs true to size, I bought it in Large to have extra room for layers when I go snowboarding. I would have bought this in a Medium if I didn't have snowboarding in mind. I messaged Dewbu about the denier rating. I was curious. All Dewbu's soft shell jackets have a denier rating of 75. The battery life is pretty spot on to what Dewbu advertises. After doing some "testing" at work, Low lasts 10 hours, Medium lasts 7 hours, High lasts 4 hours. Do not launder this without a laundry bag, you'll ruin the jacket. Remember to remove the battery and zip up the battery cable. Also, the power bank takes 3.5 hours to charge from 0-100% with a 2 amp charger. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very nice heated jacket! It fits great. Nice stitching. I got the blue and i like color, its a darker blue. Super cool draw string system for the hood, ive never seen one like it before it goes through the chest and into the pockets. The hood can be rolled up and strapped to the collar and the collar is still comfortable with the hood rolled up. Its a really good wind breaker, its light weight and heavy duty and its pretty warm even without the heating pads turned on. The heating pads are placed in great places and get good and hot. The front pads are right behind the front pockets so it can help keep your hands warm and the weight of your arms presses the pad against your chest more than it already is. The back heating pad is on the part of your back that touches the jacket most. The battery looks good and works well. I like the protective material around the battery, i believe it helps prevent damage and is a great thermal safety measure. There are plenty of pockets and they are a good size and zip up. The front pockets are up a bit higher than most other jackets and they hold your hands up and help support your arms, its very comfortable. Theres shoulder pockets on the arms, the right shoulder pocket is for a devices with a headphone port and theres a rubber hole for a headphone wire to go from the pocket into the arm and to your ears. Theres a headphone port in the front left pocket as well. Theres a pocket on the top of the left wrist thats perfect for an i.d. and or money/thin items. The hand pockets are also large and they each have a hoop inside them, like to connect a key ring or billfold i guess. Theres a big pocket on the bottom of the back. The zipper has two zippers on one track so you can unzip the bottom and leave the rest zipped up if you need easy access or a little more room at the bottom. It looks like its cotton or maybe fleece lined inside the sleeves and they are very comfortable and warm. The ends of the sleeves tighten at the wrist and theres a drawstring at the bottom so it seals at every opening to keep air out. Theres a hoop by the collar for easily hanging it on a hook or making sure it wont come off the hanger. Im a happy customer! I recommend this heated jacket!

I recently got the DEWBU Heated Jacket, and it's a game-changer for cold weather! Living in an area with chilly winters, I often find myself layering up like an onion, but this jacket really cuts down on the bulk. The heating elements (I believe there are 5 zones – back, chest, and arms) warm up pretty quickly, and you can really feel the heat. I appreciate the three different heat settings; usually, medium is perfect for everyday use, but high definitely comes in handy when it's really freezing. The jacket itself feels well-made and is water-resistant, which is a big plus for snowy or damp days. The battery pack lasts a decent amount of time on the lower settings, but if you crank it to high, you might want a backup for a full day out. My only minor drawback is that the battery pack can feel a little bulky in the pocket, but it's a small trade-off for the warmth it provides. Overall, a fantastic jacket for anyone who spends time outdoors in the cold!
