I hate being cold and I hate having too much stuff on. Winter is hard for me. Which led me to find the perfect jacket. I decided to try Dewbu after an extensive search and here are my takeaways. Heats up fast and works great for cold, rainy days. Waterproof material kept me dry in the middle of a winter slush/rain shower. I bought the black jacket in size medium. I’m 5’10 , 180lbs. The fit for me was perfect. The fit is true to size, so if you wear heavy sweatshirts or sweaters, may want to consider a size up. It looks great , simply styling - comes with removable shoulder Velcro patches that you can peel off. Cuffed sleeves. The hoodie provides more than enough cover and doesn’t look unnecessarily large - you can actually roll it up and store it away however it does not detach. Has deep zippered pockets for your hands that has key hooks/loops and your collar drawstrings so you never have to take your hands out. Also has zippered pockets on the sleeves - another cool feature to keep something within reach but tucked away. Comes with a battery pack that will last at least 8 hours on low. Battery will take awhile to charge so having an extra one on hand isn’t a bad idea. Since I bought a heated hoodie from them as well so I used the batteries interchangeably. They also offer a car 12v plug using the vehicle’s battery for power; no more freezing while car is warming up. A lot of people have come up to me about the jacket - the glowing on/off button usually catches their eyes. If they are lucky enough I let them try it out! Can’t recommend enough. Bought this coat back in the beginning of 2020 and I can honestly say that I have had no issues with it up until the last 3 months of use or so zippers started to go and I'm pretty sure the heating element has went. But I also did put this coat through a lot of snowmobile rides loading Christmas trees out of snow covered fields and wet day's. After all that being completely soaked Frozen washed multiple times this coat held up better than I would have expected and was a lot better bang for my buck than the Milwaukee. I would definitely suggest anyone looking for a heated coat to buy this one. ... show more

I’m liking this jacket! The main reason I purchased the jacket was to extend my riding season now that the temperatures have started to drop. I’m 5’11” and about 190’ish lbs. I ordered a large and it’s a good fit. Lately the temperature has dropped to about 40 degrees, add wind-chill factor at 65mph and I’m experiencing more like a 25-degree temperature (F). This jacket does an excellent job at blocking the wind. When it comes to the wind, I do not feel it at all where I’m protected by the jacket. A large also gives me enough room to wear a hoodie or vest under the jacket for extra layers and I don’t feel restricted at all. I can even fit one of my armored shirts under the jacket, but because those have armor pads I do feel a bit restricted (that’s not a fault of this jacket). I took one start away for two reasons: 1. The hood doesn’t tuck well. It leaves a bulge that gets in the way of my helmet, so I leave it untucked. 2. There are some loose threads starting to appear here and there, but its not bad and nothing that compromises the jacket. Overall, I’m happy with the jacket and would recommend it! Most riders in my area have parked their motorcycles for the season and I’m still on two wheels! ... show more

Early review. Only a few days of use, but fantastic functionality. A bunch of pockets but I don't love the placement. Seriously so many places to put things, but the heat is everywhere! That's the whole point of the jacket, but it means I have to store my electronics in the pocket at the back/butt of the jacket. I have no real complaints, cold minnesota winter, already wore in 10 degree Fahrenheit weather and was confusingly warm. No sweatshirt just a t-shirt and this jacket. Battery charges slow but lasts longer than you should need. Also I keep my portable charger with in the back pocket ensuring 16+ hours of heat total. I waited a few weeks to write a review. This jacket is NICE! The quality of material is very nice, the battery is a digital screen, the jacket is very warm, the charge lasts on full heat probably a good 6 hours on high. I've got numerous people in public comment on my jacket. I got the blue one. I have zero regrets. I wear it almost daily. Works great. 32 degrees outside temperature, setting on medium with just a t-shirt underneath it. I had the temp setting on high and got to warm. The only con. I have to unplug the battery and plug it back in to get it to work. I forget sometimes by just throwing the jacket on a running out the door. I am not sure if it supposed to do that. ... show more

I purchased these jackets for my son and I. We received it yesterday and we were anxious to try it out see how it measured up to the Windy City cold. After fully charging the batteries. ( They do not come fully charged) We went out to go shopping at the grocery store. The first thing I noticed is that the heating elements all around the jacket heated up pretty quickly and worked pretty well. However we both noticed that the heating element on both of our right arms was not as intense as the other elements or the one on our left arm. I believe this may be a design flaw and I am considering returning both jackets. I truly hope the manufacturer will correct this because overall this is a nice jacket. ... show more

I am 5' 10" and the length is great in the sleeves and torso. Material is water resistance and keeps the wind out. Battery is type c charger and charges fairly quickly. When turned on the jacket will automatically start on the highest setting while it warms up and then will switch to medium. Takes about a minute to start to feel warm, fully warm in 3-4 minutes. Battery life is as stated. I don't think the battery itself is too heavy, I don't notice it woth the backet on. ... show more
