  • Great, but check the GbE port Great, but check the GbE port
Update at the end! ————————— PC runs great, I’m not a big fan of their software control center called GCC but it is nice to have all drivers and bios updated in one interface. GCC allows you to have control of the Lightning if you’re into that and the 9700x and 5070 ti pair up incredibly nicely. The packing was okay, it has these cushioned supports but it wrapped in this super cheap plastic bag, wish they had a more premium cloth to cover it with instead. The installation was easy, it was basically plug and play. Upon first boot you’ll install windows and the GCC app will open and it gives you a nice tutorial on what the software is. You can update drivers through there but you’ll still need to update windows via system settings. I also recommend going to their website and downloading and installing their listed drivers just to be on the safe side For gaming this was amazing, I play a lot of shooter games unfortunately mainly CoD since it recently released. I was playing at an average of 130fps in 1440p at high settings, no DLSS, native image scaling. It was butter smooth. I did not get the opportunity to play other games as you’ll read why Apart from the easy of installation and the gameplay capabilities the biggest drawback of this PC are the slow SSD, the DDR5 5600mhz and their GCC/software. The reason for my poor review was because of a hardware issues regarding the GbE LAN port. I have gigabit internet and my router is capable of supporting such speeds, however the GbE port itself was stuck on 100mbps which created a bottleneck when connected via Ethernet. I was constantly getting connection timeouts or connection lost because of this. I tried everything, port forwarding, changing the speed from auto negotiate on the driver to 1000mbps but still no prevail. I went out and bought a Cat6a cable to see if the Ethernet was the issue, no luck. I changed firewall settings, updated drivers and still nothing. I came to the conclusion that the motherboard was defective so I am currently shipping it back. Overall this PC would have been amazing it not for the GbE port malfunction and the crappy GCC app. Would I buy again? Yes I did, I had to reorder it and hopefully this time it won’t be defective. UPDATE: I was originally supposed to send this computer back because of what I though go be a faulty motherboard. Well I was able to do some deeper analysis and after hours of thinking of what possibly could be messing with the connection I came across a program called cFosSpeed which is basically a program that controls and tweaks your internet to give you less latency. After uninstalling that program I did not run into any issues whatsoever even after a 16 hour gaming session. Now that the computer is functioning like intended I am so glad I decided to do more troubleshooting than sending it back because they went out of stock shortly after I bought mine. Highly recommend this computer just do yourself a favor and remove that cFosSpeed program ASAP ... show more

  • Solid Gaming Build!
I've had the PC for just about a month, and it has performed great! Setup was easy and typical. I've haven't tried a wide variety of games yet, but Crimson Desert, Marvel Rivals, and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint all look great and I'm maxing out my monitor's fps (165) if I drop the settings just below their absolute max (Crimson Desert I get about 80-90 fps on Ultra which I don't mind for single-player story games). I do also generally use 2x Frame Generation, but that's really all I've needed. Having it on my desk does make it seem a little loud when I'm in a game, but not excessively and I hardly notice anymore if I'm wearing headphones. I deleted the software that everyone else talks about in their reviews which had supposedly limited their internet speed. I pretty much did it first thing so I couldn't say if it actually slows it down, but I haven't had any troubles with it. I came from a build I did myself about 5-6 years ago running a GTX 1070 (the bare minimum nowadays), so this was a massive upgrade for me and I haven't found anything yet to make me regret this purchase. I would have likely built another, but at the time of purchase/review parts have been pretty high and when I try to recreate something like this in a PC builder website, I pretty much pass this price every time, and I was just ready for an upgrade. If it's in your budget and you want a good PC straight out of the box that works great, this is a good one to go with! ... show more

  • Uninstall Gigabyte's software for internet speed fix
Had an issue with Windows 11's OOBE but that's not the PCs fault. Reset Windows and it was fine. Fans run fairly quiet, solid bang for the buck, able to run all the games I've tried on high settings with really solid FPS. I don't care for all the RGB but you can disable it. I will say be careful of Gigabyte's Control Center software, it auto installs some bloatware if you're not careful. There was an app called Gigabyte Speed (Speed CFOS) that was essentially ruining my browsing experience on most websites. Once uninstalled everything started running great again. ... show more

  • High Quality PC
PC works great! It’s been a month and no issues yet. This PC is running Crimson Desert perfectly at about 100 frames in an ultra wide monitor with High Quality settings. And , it was received in Costa Rica after 3 days of being ordered. Very pleased

  • Delete the internet software included, then gold
This PC looks cool, works great, value was amazing when I got it, and I would've given it 5 stars if not for the absolutely terrible internet software that was included, which limited my internet speed to a crawl. Gave me a lot of trouble trying to delete that software and troubleshoot my internet initially, to a point where I almost thought of returning it. For those who bought this PC, delete the internet software completely, and set DNS if the internet speed is still slow. Otherwise, performance and value is great, especially in this crazy market that we are in. RAM speed could've been higher but honestly I am ok with what it is overall. ... show more

  • Issue with the cpu cooler.
I just recieved this product today, and everything appeared great. I did a deeper check on thermals just to get an idea of how the system ran and I quickly encountered issues. Issue 1. The AIO pump was intermittently shutting off. This was solved by forcing the motherboard to run the pump fan connector on voltage, not pwm (I suspect this was a one off problem for me). Its been registering constant speed since. Nice :) Issue 2. The AIO is just not cooling my cpu. Max fan speed and pump speed the cpu hits 97° with only hw64 open and 3%utilization. Currently unresolved, but I plan to check for thermal paste/plastic covers on the AIO/cpu. This PC deserves a 5 star, and it will get one once my problem is resolved. ... show more
