Having major back issues, I’ve been thru a few different styles of massage machines over the years . I’ve worn out two of the full body,( fits in a chair,) massagers, they were good, but it was never possible to get close to the neck and back of head area or anywhere other than the back and spinal area. With this portable unit, it’s easy to place it exactly where relief is wanted. It takes a little practice to get the unit to stay put where you want it, a few pillows and adjustments make it work. I can focus it on anywhere from my neck to my feet! Just about anywhere this can be placed. The carry handle makes it easy to maneuver and carry around. Very quiet motor, almost can’t hear it. Super easy to use, push the easy access button once massage with gentle heat, push button again, massage only, no heat, push a third time turns off. It operates for 15 minutes before auto shut off. As the basic instructions recommend 15 minute sessions work best. It is a plug in unit that comes with a car lighter adapter, although I’d find it a bit tricky trying to drive with this in your back. It starts massaging inward for a few minutes, then reverses to massaging outward for a few more minutes, and continues to alternate directions, then slowly the heat, which is very tolerable, feels amazing and does not get overly hot at all, begins to warm and penetrate. *TIP* try not to put too much pressure on the back while it’s on, it’s hard on the motor, and it will make the muscles sore next day. *TIP* to keep the unit clean as the cover does not come off, and spot wiping is the only option, I fit a heating pad cover or small pillow case over it, it does not compromise the massage effect. If you want muscle relaxation anywhere, this is definitely recommended. Would make a great gift too!

I had a larger shoulder massager break recently and I've been sorely missing it so I was super happy to give this pillow massager a try. The massager is not very large but as I'm a small person it was perfect for me. It's light and has a handle so is extremely easy to travel with and store away when not in use. It's a shiatsu massage and the massagers rotate in the other direction periodically. It also has heat! In short, it has everything I want out of a massager. I don't miss the bulky one I had before as I can easily position this pillow exactly where I need it. It *does* make some noises occasionally that lead me to question how long it will last but so far so good. Overall I would definitely recommend this for back/shoulders.

This GiftPlus Christmas Gifts Neck Massager Pillow for Pain Relief Deep Tissue is a nice massager. It feels great and the heat is a nice bonus. I did have to try different locations and positions to get this to be comfortable and stay in place on my neck, but once I did I really liked it. The pressure is not too hard, but you definitely feel it. It is a little small, but all you need for your neck area.

I love this massager. I love that is lightweight and portable. It's easy to travel with and even use in the car as it has a car adapter. The massage it gives is very nice. I use it on my neck and shoulders and can really feel the relief. I like that it also has a heat option, which really helps loosen your muscles as it kneads. This would make a wonderful gift this holiday season.

I tried this as soon as it came. We have a large massage chair that is sometimes to strong. This little gem is all they say. The control is easy to use. The cover material is soft and comfortable on bare skin. The heat is good. Not so hot you can't use it for long and definitely hot enough to feel. The massage heads are perfect and change rotation on their own which puts them in a slightly different location. I used on my lower back and neck. It felt wonderful.

The Amazon listing in at least three places recommended using it in a car and a cigarette lighter cord is included. The instructions tell you for household use only do not use in automobile. I would never use it while driving but if my wife wants to use it in the passenger seat while I’m driving what’s wrong with that? If I want to use it while parked and waiting for her to shop is that prohibited? The instructions also say that the ac plug is polarized with one blade larger which it isn’t nor does it need to be. The adapter doesn’t care which blade is connected to the line and which to the neutral of the voltage coming in. As for the pillow itself, I like it so far and not just for the neck but lower back and legs too. The heat is lukewarm at best and probably just what is generated by the led’s. The second push of the button reverses the rotation of the balls but it will automatically stop and reverse anyway. The third push turns off the “heat” and the lights go out and fourth push turns the motor off but it will shut off on is own after a period of time anyway. It makes a nice gift if the recipient is warned about the misleading instructions.

This massager pillow is similar to the many existing massager pillows that are out there. It applies just the right amount of pressure and using the heat function really does help give a better massage experience. Perfect after a long day of work.

I'm pretty sure that after 17 years, my husband loves me more than he ever has. He is beyond obsessed with this thing! I tried it out too and honestly it works amazingly. The little balls rotate one way, then the other all while heating up! It was SO easy to use too. I really thought I wouldn't like this thing at all, but I'm using it daily.
