There's a lot to like in this little speaker. There are tons of shower speakers out on the market and I worried that a lot of reviews are by folks who got the item for free or were otherwise compensated. I thought this one had enough positive reviews by folks who didn't look like they were compensated so I gave it a try. (I was not compensated in any way.) I'm very happy with the results for 4 main reasons. 1) It STICKS, have had zero problem with it shifting or falling. 2)The battery was still good after 2.5 weeks of daily use. I just took it down to charge it today. My former shower radio ran on battery, which I really liked because they lasted nearly a year. I hate charging things so I was hesitant to go with the rechargeable type, but I can deal with plugging it in every few weeks. 3)It's plenty LOUD when I want it to be. I have no trouble hearing it over the shower, which I sometimes had with an older speaker I had used. 4)It connects quickly and consistently each day. ... show more

It has a good sound quality with a strong enough bass and powerfull volume to overcome shower noice. Bluetooth range is not very wide so it's preferable to have the source device in a close distance to the speaker. Suction cups sticks very well to the bathroom tiles.

Got this specifically for the volume buttons. The suction cup works really well and one full charge has gotten me through 1 week before needing to charge it again (I use it to get dressed in the morning, get ready for bed, and of course showers). Great charge and well worth the money!
