10/10 unboxed. Dishwashing now, nothing broke or chipped on arrival. The bowls are huge (thick when stacked) and if you have a space issue there will be an issue with these. Everything is heavy. Looks beautiful. Will update after use.

This set did not disappoint from the color to the quality. One plate did come broken the first time, but customer service was very helpful and sent us a full set replacement for free which was definitely a plus! They are dishwasher and microwave safe. I like the size of all the plates/bowls.

UPDATE: After a few months with these dishes I have to dock them a star. Two of the small plates have now cracked unexpectedly, just coming out of the dishwasher. They haven't been dropped or put under any abnormal stress. I contacted customer service after the first one broke (less than a month after purchase) and never heard back. The second one broke last week so I will be contacting them again. Still love the dishes overall but hope I don't have to buy another full set just to replace these defective ones! We've had these for a few days now and we LOVE THEM. We've put them through all the usual rigors (microwaving, dishwasher, sharp utensil use) and they're doing great. Yes, they show scratches from silverware--I've never had a set of dishes that didn't, and this isn't that big of a deal to me. Yes, they are a little dimpled in places and not perfectly smooth; that's part of what I like about them! I saw some reviews from people saying the bottoms stay wet after washing and the water leeches out onto the dishes below. We have not had that problem at all! These are so beautiful and have an artisanal quality to them, but still very affordable and durable. Could not be happier with this purchase. ... show more

These dishes are just beautiful! I redecorated, and these dishes were on my list for the new kitchen. They're perfect! Love the size, the lip on the plates and a PASTA BOWLS. The dishes are pretty, seemingly durable, and not too heavy. HOWEVER, there have been several problems. I needed dishes for 12 ppl so that meant ordering 3 sets of 4. One of the first two boxes contained small plates that have chips on the bottom ring; I decided to keep them since no one will see that and the second box of dishes were all fine. The third box was delivered and had clearly been opened more than once, which was fine, except it was not repacked properly and a few of the plates and bowls were chipped; so I returned that set and ordered another box. In the replacement box, two of the small plates had a mfg defect where the small plates are concave in the middle. I contacted the seller who said they could not replace just the two plates. So I now have to send the second return and place an order for a new box that is now $20 more than when I ordered it less than two weeks ago. If I had saved the boxes and was within the 30-day time frame for the first two boxes, I would return them all. The dishes I would rate a 3-4. The service and delivery is a 1. ... show more

Solid well made dishes I bought for my son’s’s apartment. They don’t break so far or chip. I love the salad plate with as nice edge to hold food on it. They stack well for storage. I got the dark green ones. They fit in the dish washer but they are a little thicker than other stoneware. Very well made. I’m going to replace my dishes with these.
