I’m giving this a 5 star review because the customer service we experienced from the seller was 5 stars. We bought this bed in July for a college apartment. It had a defect that we discovered almost 4 months later that caused the frame to break. I thought for sure I was going to have to buy another bed. NOPE! They took the situation very seriously and understood and believed me that this was a not us error it was an issue with the bed. They shipped us a new bed right away. No hassle at all. Very professional. You don’t get customer service like this anymore. The bed is also a good bed. Perfect for a small college student apartment.

Title says it all. This was purchased as a guest room bed frame and it is exactly what we were hoping for. It was decently priced, was very easy to put together, and looks great. I think it could be sturdier in design/materials, but definitely serves its purpose. Probably would want something more solid for frequent use.

As you can see, the headboard looks nothing at all like the pictures. It is much darker in color and doesn’t have the cool wood grain look as shown in the listing. Also, the instructions say no other tools necessary, but this is FALSE! You have to drill the slats into the frame and make new holes, so power tools were needed. 3/5 because it is still a nice wood bed frame and the price is amazing! since it is so cheap it is nice to still have wood + good quality. It seems pretty sturdy, although I haven’t slept on it yet

Pulling the parts out of the box, I was immediately disappointed. There was a large gash in the headboard with splayed wood creating a hazard. The slats were not long enough to screw in on both sides, so they move around with the slightest movement on the bed. The middle bar is curved, not level, so it began giving out after the first night. And finally, the hex screws are exposed, giving the furniture the classic mass-manufactured aesthetic. This is not only a disappointment, but a nuisance and a safety hazard. Unfortunately I don’t have a vehicle to return it and the seller hasn’t offered a refund. Update: the slats crashed to the floor while I was sleeping, leaving shards of broken wood everywhere and giving me splinters as I got out of bed. This bed frame is a legal liability for the company.
