I’m giving this a 5 star review because the customer service we experienced from the seller was 5 stars. We bought this bed in July for a college apartment. It had a defect that we discovered almost 4 months later that caused the frame to break. I thought for sure I was going to have to buy another bed. NOPE! They took the situation very seriously and understood and believed me that this was a not us error it was an issue with the bed. They shipped us a new bed right away. No hassle at all. I'd give this bed 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the headboard is extremely uncomfortable to lean back on due to the design of the "lip" at the top, which can cause bruises if you aren't careful!

    • Terrible quality, dangerously unstable, broke immediately
Pulling the parts out of the box, I was immediately disappointed. There was a large gash in the headboard with splayed wood creating a hazard. The slats were not long enough to screw in on both sides, so they move around with the slightest movement on the bed. The middle bar is curved, not level, so it began giving out after the first night. And finally, the hex screws are exposed, giving the furniture the classic mass-manufactured aesthetic. This is not only a disappointment, but a nuisance and a safety hazard. Unfortunately I don’t have a vehicle to return it and the seller hasn’t offered a refund. Update: the slats crashed to the floor while I was sleeping, leaving shards of broken wood everywhere and giving me splinters as I got out of bed.     • Quality Bed but issue with slats
High quality wood bed. Super easy to assemble, only took about 20-30 minutes. The only problem with the bed (and another review I saw mentioned this) the wood slats that hold the mattress up need to be drilled into the frame, along with the center supports. This was never mentioned, it also doesn’t say that a drill is needed in the instructions which forced me to stop midway through the assembly to go buy one. Overall, I’m pretty happy it’s still a very sturdy bag and the design is very nice, definitely looks like a more expensive bed then it is. ... show more

I’ve had this bed frame for almost 5 months and it was fine at first, but now it’s so loud any time I move on it. The sound comes from the middle beam the mattress rests on and I readjusted it, which worked for about a week then it got creaky again. And overall, it also feels flimsy. You have to screw the slats into each side of the bed frame and that’s what holds it straight, but it doesn’t do a very good job. Going to replace it with a sturdy, metal bed frame. ... show more

I chose this bed frame for my little kid. With the headboard , the price is competitive. The wood is solid. It takes around one hour to install by myself, very convenient with the user manual. It is worth the money.
