    • Pulley is locking up.
Serpentine belt was squealing and I replaced the belt twice and the belt tensioner thinking they were the problem. At the end, the mechanic figured out that it was the resistance on the AC compressor's pulley that was causing the issue. The pulley was kind of locked up.

Complete garbage out of the box. Installed and charged with refrigerant rattled like not assembled correctly or made wildly substandard. Useless. Have to completely redo the job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
