The media could not be loaded. It took us about 2 and a half hours to put it together. The quality of the material is very good, and it feels very safe. The only complaint is that one of the steps came with a small crack. The only complaint is that it is a small crack but in the end it harms the product, which is not why it is 5 stars.

Fairly easy to assemble with the instruction. The labeling on some of the parts were not so great (missing). Several pieces of the parts paint were touched-up, obviously it was scratch during manufacturing and instead of stripping the paint, they just used touch up paint..

The bunkbed is shipped in two packages. First package arrived before promised date. Contacted seller about missing second package. Enid was quick to provide the tracking number for the second package. Second packed arrived the next day which was before the promised date. Not sure why only one tracking number was provided when there were two tracking numbers? Super happy with the bunkbeds! Solid. I am 250 pounds and climbed the ladder to make the upper bunk. Took three hours to unpack, look over the instructions and assemble. Amazed how it was packed. I had two 9 inch mattresses that I used for upper and lower bunks. The instructions attached to the bed say to use a six inch mattress. The 9 inch mattress still gives you a few inches of protection on the top bunk from roll overs. Purchased a 6 inch mattress for the trundle. A 9 inch mattress on the trundle would be a tight squeeze. Very happy with this bunkbed.
