I ordered 40 of these chairs. They are not commercial quality, but are sufficient for the price. We had several quality control issues where a hole was not drilled or was the wrong size. They are easy to assemble, 2 screws in base, 2 in back, and four small screws for plastic back cover.

You get what you see and what you pay for. The chairs are cheap but sturdy. They come disassembled and take some work to put together. The materials are not the best. But, they are an excellent value for the price.

These chairs are great for the price. They were pretty easy to put together - I did notice the backs had a few strings hanging so I had to go through and cut any excess strings. They definitely serve their purpose for a great price when buying a large quantity of chairs.

It took me a while to right this review because I was absolutely fuming at how late the order was AND the fact that the chairs were mailed after I request to cancel the order (I’d purchased chairs locally at that point). But to be honest, I’m happy I kept the chairs. Once I decided to actually open the box, I realized how the chairs were exactly what I wanted for my office lobby.     • Get some extra screw and a bottle of whiskey before you start, because you’ll need both.

Instructions are extremely simply. What could go wrong?!? Well. Providing screws they are TOO SHORT to get through the back of the frame chair and into the hardware in the cushion is a start. Out of of box of 5 chairs, two went together the way they were supposed to. I had to go to Lowe’s to get wood screws to actually attach the chair backs. Should be so simple but quality is junk. Crap particleboard that splits easy. The only saving grace is the plastic backing that goes OVER the main screws to hide the shoddy craftsmanship. Who knows how long these will last. I bought them to replace old waiting room chairs but I have a feeling these won’t hold up. At least they don’t wobble. That’s a plus (chugs Johnny Walker angrily). ... show more

These chairs are somewhat comfortable, although the back is a bit low. Not great quality, but not terrible either. My main issue is when I bought the first set of 5 chairs a couple months ago, the price was $169 and I felt that was a good price. I purchased another set of 10 a couple weeks back and the price was $189 and felt that was a little over priced for the quality. Now they are $229 for a set of 5??? That's a over a 30% increase in 6 weeks. I might pickup one more set just to get my total count to an even 20 but even with cost averaging over the three purchases I don't think there is value, @$45 a chair there are more comfortable and sturdy chairs out there. ... show more

Great chairs! Easy to assemble but the only complaint I have is one of the nails is short, so I have to use a different nail I have. I use them as dining chairs, and they made my dining room look modern. Very comfortable chairs and the back cushion supports the lower back perfectly. These were easy to assemble but did take some extra tools to drill the back covers into the wooden seat-back. The fabric on these chairs collect hair, lint and anything else from static on clothes/people. With that being said, these are nice chairs and they are comfortable.
