The bed is attractive and sturdy and we can't wait for our granddaughter to see and use it on her next visit. I was surprised that everything came in one relatively long and thin box, but it was all there and arrived in perfect shape. You should allocate a good chunk of time to assemble it and then follow the instructions verbatim. Little details like noting the side of the material with the paneling effect and which way things are pointing are crucial. But if you follow the instructions to the letter it's not difficult to assemble. Every single piece of wood is labeled, as are the many bags of hardware. I definitely recommend laying everything out and organized pieces by letter/number before you begin. My wife helped me with assembly, and I think it could be a challenge for someone to assemble the bed on their own because there are times when you want someone holding something while you screw something else in. The only tool you need is a Torx headed bit. There's a small one included, but assembly will go much faster with a Torx-headed screwdriver. I also used a power screwdriver, but only to attach the many screws that keep the backing in place. I adjusted the torque so I couldn't overscrew anything. The end result looks great. Kids will love the multi-colored accent lighting and the many shelves. There is ample space under the bed for a "fort." We bought small rug for underneath the bed and will let our granddaughter use it as a play area. We have a second granddaughter on the way and already ordered a second bed like this. She won't be in a toddler's bed for a couple of years, but we didn't want to risk this bed being out of stock, preventing us from having a set. We wanted to wait until we could evaluate the first bed before ordering a second, and having done so attests to our satisfaction.

My daughter ABSOLUTELY loves the bed. It took a long time to assemble but it’s very sturdy, I’m able to get in the bed with my daughter and I’m not exactly small. The underneath is awesome as well, the only downside is the light strip has no rubber cover so the lights are quite sharp. If your kid is anything like mine, their hands will get a little scraped up sticking them through the hole above the steps. Everything else about the bed is awesome, my kid and I both are very happy with it

They're the perfect size for younger kids (which mine are) and save a lot of space when you have multiple kids in one room. My kids love their bunk bed! These were very easy to put together. The wood is very sturdy and love the color of it. Very easy for young kids to get on. Railing on top Is a good height so they can't roll off. It also comes with a remote- controlled light that can change the color and brightness of the light, is very beautiful。

Got this as a option for my first child as he turned 4 and is super tall already. I wanted space underneath but not to tall in height. Everything about the bed is great, set up wasn't to bad, style, and sturdiness were decent. Only con for me is weight limit, could of sworn I read over 300lbs. I would not recommend a adult size on this, over 100lbs. The slats would not handle it.

We absolutely love this bed. It is very sturdy and well made. It took my husband and I a little over two hours to put it together. The instructions were simple enough with pictures only. Each part was clearly labeled (see pic) and if you organize the parts by letter it makes the process run smoothly. Underneath is very spacious but my daughter did hit her face crawling in but she was so excited to enter that she wasn’t being careful. Just make sure your kiddos are taking their time.

My great granddaughter loves her new bed. At just three years old, she was able to climb in and loaded up her stuffed animals that she likes to sleep with. My grandson elected not to use the back panels on the shelf at this time. He felt he needed to be able to see her for safety reasons but will probably add them at a later date. He mentioned he could still play test time with her and she could serve him through the shelves since he doesn’t fit underneath very well with her. We surprised her and she spent the day away while the bed was built and the look on her face when she entered her bedroom is priceless! She transitioned from her floor height bed and we really like the railing around the bed for safety. It did take quite a few hours my my daughter and grandson to get this together (they are not mechanically inclined and had difficulty with the pictures!). They did disassemble the old bed, change out the safety floor tiles and lay the new rug, rearrange the room so it was an all day transformation to surprise this very special three year old.

Arrived in a heavy package about 7 feet long, 14 inches by 10 inches. The bed itself took about three hours to assemble. Smaller parts combine to make a sturdy enough bed. Somewhat cheap bolts screws, but most of it screws into metal nuts. One slip of wood was broken, likely from shipping. Seems like it will hold together for now. Consider how thick you want the mattress to be. The one from Costco we bought might be a little too high for the rails (rails are 13-3/4” high) It's s pretty cool bed to be clear. My other kids are jealous of it and want one too. If they didn't already have beds I'd get another one.
