we decided to put it in the house, very relaxing. you can hear it clear in the bedroom that makes for a good sleep. the only thing I found was with the splashing at the pump, the upper board got wet and drained down the back onto the carpet. To fix this I drilled two small holes and ran black gasket maker (NAPA auto parts) and ran that around the edge to move the water to the holes I drilled. no harm no foul, well worth the money and relaxation enjoy. highly recommended by the Davison's

I’ve had this fountain 2 years now. I love it. My pump just went out so I do need to get a new one but overall this has been great. I added it to a larger planter barrel like many others. It has faded some and one metal piece broke from rusting but I was going for the rustic look.

Wife here: The box the product came in was in pretty bad shape. Someone clearly tried to tape it up. The bubble wrap was also filthy. I did a cursory inspection when I took out all the products and nothing looked damaged, at first. It wasn’t until I set it up and put water in it and had it running that I realized it was leaking. After putting a very bright flashlight in the barrel I found a few cracks in the plastic basin. Needless to say I’m disappointed. It’s too much trouble to return it, wait for a refund and then try to find a more suitable one. I can patch up the hole myself. It does look nice. It looked like the one I see at Lowe’s only this one is much bigger and I like the real wood and plastic basin. I plan to put a fish in it. Again, buyers beware. You may get a defective product. It seems I’m the second person in these reviews to get one.

This is literally the cutest little fountain. It’s the perfect size and I can’t wait to add little fish and plants to it. Love it! Nice quality too.

Easy to put together, functions well but a couple issues. The pump on full is barely enough to keep the water flowing in a full stream down to the main bucket. Water rides along the top and drips out the sides. I have to refill it every two days. I used a couple rocks to lean it forward. Also the smallest amount of grass or leaves clogs up the pump. And the colors aren’t great. It’s a black plastic bucket with sprays of gold spray paint. Looks a little cheap. The tubing is bright white and you can see it in the water. If it keeps bugging me I will have to spray paint them or something. Also a lot of splashing and if in full sun a lot of evaporation. Have another more expensive fountain like this that is much better. That being said I still use this and will work to make it better. Some minor fixes in the original product would’ve gone a long way.

Super easy to put together. I looked at other reviews for inspiration, and decided to get a barrel to set it on and plant flowers. It is very small by its self, but the barrel really completes it. You can get them from home depot or lowe’s. Very happy & satisfied with how it turned out.
