    • Customer service sucks even worse than the bed
The bed is okay but is pretty warm. I'm not a hot sleeper either. So this was pretty surprising. We missed the exchange window by less than two weeks and their customer service SUCKS! So I'm not exactly a happy customer considering the investment we made.
