When I was doing research on this item, rufus said to refrigerate. I did that and it was so thick, it wouldn't pour. I looked on the bottle and it said keep at room temperature. Great alternate for mocha coffees. I use for both hot and cold brew coffee. Great flavor!

Really great, other than it's miserable trying to get the sauce out of the bottle once you get halfway through. I'm using the pump with it and the only way I can get sauce out now is by putting the bottle into a bowl of warm water to kind of loosen up the chocolate sauce. I actually just always keep it in a bowl of water to keep the ants from getting to it haha I love the taste and appreciate there isn't high fructose corn syrup in it.
