I cannot have a cup of coffee without this syrup! Salted Caramel flavor is an absolute must, two pumps is all I use, per 16oz. Most diet programs allow the use of this, as an added extra. Ok, I have been ordering six bottles of the original in the tall bottles , I just got a chance to try this new one in the small bottle with a different label and it’s not the same. This one has carbohydrates in it. This one has added alcohol sugars in it so it’s not truly keto.
