We started using this bottle in mid to late December and today I was having a problem with the pump - and found a whole lot more than I ever wanted to see inside! I purchase this sauce because I feel like the flavor is so much better than any other I have found and I can duplicate my Starbucks drink at home with my espresso maker. However, I typically leave it sitting out and one particularly warm and humid summer I found mold growing inside the container (as others have mentioned). For the price, I certainly want to use every drop but I also do not want to risk it being bad so I purchased 4 of these OSO squeeze bottles and I put three in the fridge and leave one out - the lid seals totally so I feel like it is less likely to mold. I have reused these multiple times - they clean VERY easily and are easy to open and close - keeping my chocolate safe and fresh.     • As promised but pump broken
I always order these to make my own Starbucks mocha. Delivers timely and several months before expiration. I only have had one problem. My last shipment the pump was broken. the top was snapped off and I don't want to glue something that has my food going through it.

I found that, with time, as you are using the chocolate in your daily coffee, if you open it up about 2/3 of its use, there is nasty mold on the upper part of the plunger. This probably needs to be used in a food service environment, where you consume the entire jug in a few days.

SAY YES TO THE MOCHA!! Lol .. I’m sure you’re here because you spend a lot of $$$ at Starbucks. My iced expresso tastes exactly like an iced mocha with this sauce. Add a bit of oat milk, whip, half a pump and <3 amazing! Worth the money. TRUST ME
