If you get the right one, it’s amazing. I ordered this five times with no problems. High quality. Then my mom ordered some for my birthday, and it didn’t smell nor taste right though looks almost identical to what I always order. So I reordered myself. I was sent the same thing as her. Everything is identical but NOT THE INGREDIENTS. I can’t even bring myself to try this other stuff because it smells rancid. Now I’m stuck with two brand new containers of bad caramel that can’t be returned. If ingredients start with corn syrup, it’s going to be bad. Empty bottle is the good one. ... show more

I give it 5 stars because it’s delicious and I love it so much to add to my coffee Edit: I’m keeping the 5 stars but they need to check there batches cause this last order I got was BAD! But they fully refunded me. Hopefully the next time I order it will be ok. For now I’m gonna take a break

    • Something has changed...
Something has changed. The flavor is not what it used to be, at all. It now tastes artificial and not like a nice buttery caramel. So disappointing. At first I thought mine was expired, but it shows the produced date first. Consistency is like caramel, but the flavor is a no for me.

    • Same Starbucks Sauce
It's exactly what Starbucks uses. It's not as thick in consistency, but then again I don't store this in a fridge, so that's probably why. Overall, I enjoy this. It comes with a pump, so don't do what I did and purchase a separate one.

Usually this product is awsome, however, the last one I received separated. No matter how hard I shook it was runny and ended up only 3/4 full.
