I give it 5 stars because it’s delicious and I love it so much to add to my coffee Edit: I’m keeping the 5 stars but they need to check there batches cause this last order I got was BAD! But they fully refunded me. Hopefully the next time I order it will be ok. For now I’m gonna take a break

I've purchased this caramel sauce 8 or 9 other times. I don't know if they changed the way they make it, or if I got a bad/stale one. This one was nasty tasting. The use by date was 2/2026 and I've purchased others that were expired and they were fine. This one's taste is bad and the consistency is completely different than the others prior. ... show more

I was taking a risk ordering this it being so large ( it's just me and my daughter). We used it up rather quickly. We enjoy it in our Hawaiian coffee (that is how I had my first coffee ever in this summer on vacation in Hawaii) the pump came apart in the sauce so you get one chance to make certain that it's together tight before you take the plunge! I noticed the sell by date was exceeded so that was a little off putting so I stored this in the refrigerator and it's lasted 2 months. I'm waiting on another so it's safe to say I am in favor of this product. With the fall season it's amazing in hot apple cider. I've saved a lot of money by using this product with my keurig at home. The picture shows a pump, the description talks about getting a pump in your favorite drink. When it came to the house, there was no such pump attached or in the packaging. I picked this one out because of the pump and there isn’t one. I am extremely disappointed!

I received the product but when I opened the box the packaging around it was ripped open and the pump is missing. Of course there’s aren’t any return or replacement orders allowed.
