GHIRARDELLI HERITAGE, SINCE 1852 In 1849, during the California Gold Rush, Italian-born Domingo Ghirardelli moved to America and opened a store in a mining camp. After discovering the miners were starved for luxuries and needed something to spend their gold dust on, he started stocking chocolate delicacies. In 1852, the enterprising immigrant founded a confectionery shop in San Francisco, which eventually became the modern-day Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. Today, Ghirardelli is America’s oldest continuously operating chocolate maker. Ghirardelli products are sold in grocery stores, food service and e-commerce, and Ghirardelli also has its own chocolate and ice cream shops across the country. Ghirardelli continues to build on its rich tradition of quality products and innovation, from premium sauces like Hot Fudge to Sweet Ground Chocolate Powders and Vanilla Flavored Powder Base.

We like variety in this set as we use the machine throughout the week, and these chocolates allow for white mochas/breve's, regular chocolate mocha/breve's and dark chocolate mocha/breve's. With a few added syrups, the variations can even increase more (toasted marshmallow syrup in a dark chocolate mocha and you get a yummy s'mores flavor). Also, the Ghiradelli chocolates collection makes a nice addition when baking up a batch of chocolate chip cookies. All of these are delicious and you get a ton of powder for the cost. The flavor tastes of high quality chocolates and these are great in hot or blended drinks. Also great as dusting topping for drinks and desserts!

Just received my package. Heated the milk in my new milk frothed. Husband tried the dark chocolate and I tried the white chocolate. Definitely not disappointed! This will be our go to Hot Chocolate brand from now on.

These products are a game changer for making at-home espresso drinks! This is definitely the secret to making your mochas taste like they’re from a little specialty coffee shop. Love the natural chocolate flavors, and the canister size will last you a couple months if you are making a moderate amount of mocha coffees. If mochas aren’t your thing, this powder also makes delicious hot chocolate. The powder dissolves easily into liquid, and you can tell that there isn’t extra crap in it. If one of the cans hadn’t been crushed and leaking this would have been outstanding. The cans are gigantic. Definitely worth the price. They just need to figure out a better way to ship. I see I’m not the only one who received bent cans. I’m still going to try it again. The flavor is perfect.
