So I gave this a try and got it in November, worked okay but not what I thought because of the price so high I expected more, however it did well just not that great. I will complain is that I only had it for about 3 months and it's giving me issues and not turning on. It's still in great condition I only use it 2-3x a month because I usually have my hair up but given that it's a high end straightener it should last at least a couple of years. Unfortunately I'm unable to exchange it, not pleased with that. I wouldn't recommend this product. For the amount this product is charging I would go with something else. ... show more
