Drying time was just as described and reviewed. Super fast! Temperature didn’t fluctuate, weight is super light, the button functionality is great! Didn’t have to use my GHD gold flat iron much after... only for small area touch ups due to having naturally wavy hair. I was very worried about getting the white & rose gold with concern of it getting dirty... but, it doesn’t. It’s absolutely stunning! Definitely recommend. Very happy I decided to try out & look forward to my morning routines even more.

I’m super disappointed with this hair dryer. It leaves my hair frizzy and tangled when dried. To be fair it does dry my hair faster but leaves it looking like a bird’s nest afterwards. Entirely too much money for the results. Would definitely not recommend.

I tried 3 different hairdryers, T3 curio, ghd helios, and the yellow one which I forgot the name of (which was not hot enough to smooth out curls/frizz). T3 curio was not hot enough, but was very lightweight, and did not dry fast enough as well. GHD Helios is heavier (the only downside), but really smoothed out my curly hair very quickly. Definitely hot enough and still protects the hair because of the way it is made. It's the most amount of money I have spent before, but it is certainly worth having smooth hair without spending a lot of time.

In my opinion GHD is the best. I had a choice of buying a Dyson or this hair dryer and guess what i chose! GHD all the way. My hair is best when using ghd tools. Just need to grow my collection now

I very much enjoy this hair dryer—and that’s coming from a woman with thick long hair who has burned many of hair driers. Even my hair stylist who is pro cheap ones acknowledges my head puts a dryer through a workout. My last was the original Dyson, but given the price point I just couldn’t see the point to listen to a video (barely) while drying my hair versus with this one getting my hair dry slightly faster without listening to a video or music. The diffuser (bought separately) is also way better than the competition. Do be careful on the highest heat to move while pointing at your scalp…it’s hot.

I was undecided whether to get this dryer or splurge on the Dyson. I went ahead with this dryer as I have been using GHD for straightening for over a decade. I am so happy with my purchase. While it isn't featherlite, it isn't overly heavy. I have very fine hair, and it has helped create more volume. I am amazed at how much shine it brings to my hair each time I use it! I have medium-length hair, and when it needs to dry quickly, this does the trick, or it takes about 15 minutes for a complete blowout. This has, by far, exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the purchase. GHD has made a life long consumer out of me.

This is my first Amazon review but I just had to come back here to praise this blow dryer. I purchased it a couple months ago so I have had the opportunity to use it for a while. I have very thick, coarse hair which is so difficult to dry that even the best hair stylist can get overwhelmed dealing with it. This blow dryer not only cuts down on drying time but it gives me the smoothest finish. I barely need to flatiron afterwards. I am so happy I bought it. If you have hair like mine and you’ve been using cheaper drug store blow dryers because you couldn’t imagine spending this much on a hair appliance (like me), give it a shot. It’s worth every penny.
