Do your self a favor. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy this product. All the reviews and descriptions are really fake and trapped me like everyone else. The product does not hold any curls or doesn’t curl my hair. I had to curl my hair so many times to get my hair done. The wand doesn’t hold the hair to curl. I am extremely disappointed of spending so much money and get this product that doesn’t even do it’s job. This is a really expensive product and that’s why I bought it after seeing the reviews and description to see that it might be able to curl and hold my curls. Guess what I was wrong, all these reviews and description are fake and written upon paid request. The product does not do what it says. Took me hours and hours to curl and even after that it would not hold my curls. I don’t understand why is this so expensive when it doesn’t even work. Amazon is extremely nice and great customer service to give me my refund back but I am very disappointed to invest so much money on a product like this and get something that doesn’t even work. Please do not, do not buy this product as it will not curl your hair. I don’t understand what are the good reviews about this because this product is not even equal to 1 star as you can see. Yes, this is a pricey hair tool but I do believe you get what you pay for. Ive had cheaper hair tools in the past and they don't last as long and I end up buying another one. I bought this because I first tried it from a friend who owned one. She used hers everyday for a while now and it still works like its brand new. I posted a photo of what my hair normally looks like with my $30 curling wand that I accidentally left in a hotel vs what it looks like after using this. I read a blog about how great this is and the reviews look good but this thing is definitely a dud. After an hour my hair is basically straight. I have curly/wavy hair (depending on how I style it) that easily holds curl and this thing basically straightened it. Do not recommend for curls at all ... show more
