I love this straightener! It only has one temp which is nice since you do not have to toggle in between heat settings. It is temped at the perfect temperature so that it does not burn your hair. Hands done the BEST hot flat iron I’ve ever used! This iron heats up in seconds! It leaves you hair so silky smooth without frying hair! I am 53 and have super thin hair, so I have to be careful about irons that run too hot. This tool somehow has the right setting to straighten or wave hair and still keep your hair healthy. It’s great for easy loose beach waves as well! I was hesitant to spend the money but this is one item that you definitely get what you pay for! I am so grateful for such an amazing tool! This brand went DOWNHILL. I used to be a hardcore fan of the brand. I have curly hair and wear it straight often, I have my first GHD flat iron still working from high school- I'm almost 30. I wanted to try their new technology and the flat iron works well... when it decides to turn on. I have trouble shooted and it's just not the same quality as before. It doesn't turn on anymore or only for a few seconds. My GHD blow dryer and old flat iron work perfect plugged into the same outlet. I also don't appreciate how it seems I got a used product too. I think Amazon is going downhill as well....

I’m a millennial so I basically invented the hair straightener. I kept this but it absolutely not worth the price. I think any hair straightener should have a built in comb at this point, otherwise it leaves weird creases. Sure; it’s small and lightweight but I don’t think it does anything amazing. You’re paying entirely for the brand here. I am sure a $100 straightener would do just as good of a job. I was duped into this by TikTok- here to deinfluence you.
