This is a great espresso machine! Makes great tasting lattes. The grind on the beans is key or your shots will fail. The only issue is the grinder. It takes some time to get use to the grinder. Don’t start too fine or it will jam up the grinder. Then you have to do a thorough cleaning before it will work again. Different beans require different settings. It take patience. But when you get it’s great. Took us about a week of frustration to get both machines to work well. But, we got it now and we love it! TIP: If you’re making multiple coffees pull all your shots first and mix them with flavoring so they don’t get bitter. THEN, froth your milk. 4 stars because the grinder is frustrating.

Bought as used. Only issue was no manual and right button stencil worn off. Machine easy enough to navigate without manual. The worn stencil implies it was more used then I expected. Machine works well producing a nice espresso. Customer was very good. They proactively reached out to make I understood I was ordering used and provided formation for operating the machine.

I didn't want to spend the 1,00.00 plus for a full automation expresso machine until I determine if it was really something I needed. I bought the Gevi to see if I could make something equal to Starbucks at home. So far the machine does everything it is advertised to do, and I have been very pleased with its performance.

Gave it as a gift for my 25yr old and wifey. They were interested in getting educated in the fine art of coffee, cappuccino etc. He said they had to play a little to nail it down but he absolutely loves it, highly recommend!

I recently switched to whole bean coffee and so I bought this to grind my own fresh coffee. It is easy to use and grinds very well. However although it comes with a little cleaning brush it takes a little bit of time to clean it. So just rinse (don't submerge it) it quickly in running water.

I really like the quality of espresso shots the machine makes, it was the whole reason I upgraded from my last machine. My biggest issue is the machine thinking it needs water even though the tank is full and it won't run until you give it a few minutes for the machine to realize there's water.
