I absolutely LOVE this machine. Let me start by saying this is my second Gevi espresso machine - the first was a single boiler with no grinder and it lasted it 6 years before it began to overheat. This is a massive upgrade - BEST CUP OF COFFEE IVE EVER HAD. The grinder is excellent and not too loud, the shots have perfect crema, and since its dual boiler I can pull shots and steam milk at the same time over and over. It did take a little time to come up with the perfect ratio of beans and water, but it’s a labor of love for any true coffee connoisseur. The cup warmer on the top is the bees knees!! GREAT value for the cost ! GEVI DID IT AGAIN.

This is a game changer. Purchased as a household christmas gift, everyone uses it. Yes, it's a bit noisy but unlike ⭐️🦌's (another family favorite), I can stay in my jammies and enjoy my espresso on the couch.

Works good so far (2 months) the only bummer is the on/off and grind button are the same, so I often start grinding when I intend to turn it off. No big deal but worth noting.

We bought this at the end of December 2025, and it worked well for about two months. It then began to fail to brew because of pressure issues. We'd followed the operating instructions meticulously, which are not all consolidated in one place and sometimes seem to contradict. We consulted the company, which asked us to upload a video of our attempted operation; we did so, and they agreed the machine had a problem and sent us a new one via warranty in March. We were even more diligent in following the instructions, going above and beyond recommended procedures and suggested timelines, but within a week we began having the same brewing failures. The extra efforts would work one day, but not for the next, and the grinder began to malfunction as well. We'd had enough--already too many work mornings disrupted--and bought a different company's machine. We asked Gevi for a refund, but they wanted us to upload a video showing the 2nd machine's failed operation instead, saying if they could verify our issues they might bend policy and send us a third machine. We said no--why would we?--and asked again for a refund, and they said they could do no more for us. They do not have a US office listed on their website to kick this upstairs to; all communication was through email with customer service. I'm still trying to find a way around this customer service wall, still hoping for a refund. No product of this supposed sophistication has failed us like this one. Spend a little extra up front and buy a more reputable brand; you might well be spending (much) more money anyway if you don't.

I love the machine. I make anywhere from 4-7 mochas every morning. I had an issue with steamer and customer service/ tech dept was awesome by phone and email contact.

The unit looks well functions mostly however it does not temp. It has the option to adjust the temperature, but neither of the three temperature settings temp. My unit only reaches 165-170
