Hoping in a couple years to be writing another review for 5 stars. We’ve been running 180CC coffee on the strong setting, making good cup of coffee. Factory recommended ratio of coffee/water is about double what is needed. Read many reviews on all the current coffee makers, took a chance on one with relatively few reviews, happy so far.

I’ve been using my new Gevi coffee maker for about a week and find it to be a great purchase. This coffee maker is very easy to use and makes a nice hot cup of coffee. It is very easy to clean as well. I really like the option of using the built in filter or using a paper filter. The customer service department helped with the warranty completion. I’m glad I made the purchase and feel I will get very good use from this coffee maker. Thanks again.

It does its job and makes coffee. I'd recommend not using the carafe to fill the back with water because it spills all over your counter. Which is ok if your counter is dirty and needs cleaned, in which case its a two birds with one stone situation. Anyhow, maybe only fill the carafe a little at a time? It also came with dents on one side. Im guessing the packing person got into an altercation with it before boxing it or the packer took the term "boxing" literally? Which doesnt affect its functionality but its still disappointing to purchase a new item and it looks messed up from out of the box. Not sure id recommend it to anyone. But again, it does brew coffee like it should.

After the two coffee makers I bought that did not work (another more recognizable brand), the Gevi was a breath of fresh air. It works well, makes good coffee, has a brewing basket and a 3 peep alert that the coffee is ready. Wish I’d bought it the first time!

Love the 14 cups. Nice for sharing coffee on long cold mornings. Love the design and ease of setting the clock and preset for coffee the next morning. Easy! Design is great and looks good. Most importantly the coffee is good and hot.
