Next day Amazon delivery. Boxed total weight is over 100 pounds, so you might need some help moving it. Had a plumber install the toilet ( I am mechanically declined). Easy install. Great flushing power and quick tank refill. Toilet height meets ADA standards which is nice as one gets older.

Really love my new compact elongated chair height Getber Viper Force toilet. Flushes perfectly, easy to install, Amazon delivery experience was excellent. Ill be changing out the other 2 toilets in my home to this model as well. Read some reviews about not folks not liking the seat and I was afraid of that. However I perfectly enjoy the seat. We bought and installed two of them. Oval, compact, so it fits in a small bathroom of ours, the seat is a couple inches higher than our last toilet, so easier to get up from, comes with a silent close seat, and the top rated toilet by Consumer Reports. And it wasn't that expensive. What's not to love? The only thing we could think of is the name: Viper. Who wants to sit naked on a viper? No one. You wonder who in Gerber's PR department came up with that and you wonder even more why no one along the way said, "Hey, you may want to rethink that name." ... show more

The toilet was delivered on time and well packed. Don’t get buffaloed into thinking you’ll get a clean bowl with every flush. Sometimes waist sticks and this toilet flushes with water, not brushes. My 8 year old toilet that I’m replacing flushes as good as this one. With that said, this is a good toilet. It does flush and refill faster than my old one. It’s easy to install and the quick install and release seat is nice. The higher seat height makes it easier to sit and rise, which is why I’m replacing my old toilet, I recommend this toilet and would buy it again. ... show more

The installation was very easy my teenage son installed it is less than an hour. Including removal of the old toilet. (he is a science nerd not a plumber in training) everything work well. In the words of some a animated bears, "I can sure enjoy the go now".
