Description

The Georgia Boot Carbo-Tec LT Waterproof Pull-on Boot is a lightweight western work boot built to withstand rugged jobsite conditions. The upper is crafted from pasture proof SPR leather. It is stronger and more abrasion resistant than traditional leathers. SPR leather is resistant against many chemicals and caustic materials, making this a great boot for farm, ranch and construction jobsites. The heel-stabilizing Counter Lock provides a secure fit by eliminating heel slippage. It can also be used as a kick off plate when removing your boot. The interior of this western work boot is equipped with high performance mesh and the Georgia Waterproof System. The Georgia waterproofing is guaranteed to keep your feet dry as you grind through the workday. Also inside is a removable cushioning polyurethane insole. It responds with each step and bounces back to provide you with all day comfort. Carbo-Tecs are known to have one tough sole. It starts with a thick cushioning EVA midsole that will absorb shock as your feet move. A fiberglass shank is added to provide additional arch support and stability. The rubber outsole provides oil and slip resistance and is built to withstand countless long hour days. This boot assembled with a Goodyear welt, the most trusted and durable in footwear construction. With this Carbo-Tec LT you're getting nothing short of quality comfort and rugged durability.

Had the same boots for 2 years and absolutely loved them right out of the box. I did order 4 pair just to be sure I got the correct size and returned what didn't fit. We live on a ranch in rugged, mountain, Rock terrain. I needed waterproof, non safety toe as all my previous boots w safety toe seem to freeze your feet in severe cold regardless of composition, steel, Kevlar etc. They are very good at holding up to severe punishment. I wear them everyday, fencing mountains, kicking shovels, setting T post and daily chores working our cattle. My biggest problem is pulling on boots w severe rheumatoid arthritis is a huge struggle, so lacing up boots or trying to tie them. I stumbled upon these w the rear zipper and immediately thought that would make my life easier. Wow.. they made these just for me. They will stay waterproof for about 1 year and I sent them in for warranty replacement as it was just shy of the 2 year mark. The replacement pair fit like a glove and zero issues from Georgia boot sending me a new pair for free. The second set, again began to leak about 1 year. Then the liner came loose inside 1 boot. All in all, for the abuse I put them through... I decided to buy my 3rd set. I've been through every boot out there. Do yourself a favor and order 2 sets of the size you normally get as the size seems to be loose on some and tight on others.. but with prime... I just send what doesn't fell perfect.. back. Honestly, you slip into them, ( when perfectly sixed) and they feel like home out of the box with very little break in. ... show more

Hello everyone. I want to express my opinion about this boot. My work environment requires a steel toe safety boot. I need a comfortable and flexible boot. I need it to be stable and not slip. This one meets all of the above. When working in places with water on the surface, it is necessary to have a better seal for moisture. The moisture penetrated a bit and it is not comfortable to work like this. I love the aesthetics of the boot. They are very easy to remove. I think this could be the perfect boot. ... show more

I bought these for my brother for Christmas, and he was super excited to receive them, but I was bit embarrassed when he pulled them out of the box and both boots were scraped and scuffed. We'll keep them because returning them is a hassle, but I wish I received a new looking pair for him to open. Otherwise we'd give these 5 stars. They're comfy, and the best part is the zipper in the back making them easy to pull on and off, in addition to the finger holes on the boot shaft.
