This arrived in a box completely smashed and totally taped up. It was NOT put in a shipping box but sent out in the original display box with a label. Amazingly the grinders were intact! How, I have no idea. I guess the company must use decent cardboard. The grinders are also “made in China” . I thought they were made in DENMARK and was disappointed in that. However they work well, are beautiful and look so nice on my counter. Not for cooking, for tabletop use only, as steam when used over a pot could damage the mechanism. Also no instructions on how to open and fill??
