Works great with Genmax 4800 parallel/series 4800 generators. Make sure you select a charger that has a delay like the splitvolt portable charger. Charges at 25 mph. Running gens on propane.

Excellent just make sure for the communication you have four pins then you need an adapter because the unit comes with only two pens for communication. I have two identical units made a different time month apart. The new ones have four pins. The old ones have two this unit only came with two holes so I called the generator company and they’re sending out an adapter. Otherwise it works. Perfect couldn’t be happier. God bless and good luck. So you will have to call Genmax they will supply you with the right communication adapter that’s what I’m waiting for. Can take 8 to 10 days so before you purchase one more time look how many pins are come out of your communication out of here Generator if it’s for this old style one will not work me for females coming out of New parallel, communicating device ... show more

Works perfectly for 240 VAC. One of the connectors didn't fit my genny, but call the company for a free adapter.

I use this parallel kit with my 2 GM4600iAEDC generators. Works flawlessly. When I need more wattage, I can just connect the 2 generators, making my 2 4600/ 3800 watt generators put out 7000 watts. When I need to run a 240v appliance (like a well pump, shop tools, etc), I can just link the two generators together and flip the switch. Very nice and useful addition to my generator power needs. No need to carry a larger generator than needed. just link the two together, either in parallel or in series to get the power I need, when I need it. ... show more
