These are no frills roll up shades that install INSANELY fast and provide good blackout. I ordered one to make sure it wasn't garbage because I needed six in my garage to black out the windows so I could enjoy a projection screen television. By shade #2, I was installing these in about five minutes. The "roll up" feature doesn't exactly work great, but you can guide it well enough up to open them. They seem to be good enough quality, although I don't think that aesthetically most would like them enough for a home or heavy traffic living area.

I ordered these in two different colors. One is ivory and the other is A.white. I would say none of these are actually beige nor white. I was looking for a more natural color to fit with wood/rattan articles. The ivory is more brown with a touch of grey. The A white is light grey. Although these were not the exact color I was looking for, I am keeping them because they still fit in my space and they were well priced. They roll perfectly up and down and are black out. If installed from inside the frame, light will come out on both side and from the top due to the bracket spacing so keep that in mind. Easy installation and functional. I love them.

I WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT MY PURCHASE BUT THAT WAS SHORT LIVED. I DON'T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS, ESPECIALLY A BAD REVIEW, BUT I FELT THE NEED TO EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT ON THIS ITEM. MY ROLLER BLIND CAME IN, LOOKED GOOD, EASY TO INSTALL, BUT ONCE THE SHADE WAS PULLED DOWN, IT WOULDN'T ROLL BACK UP. WE DID AS THE DIRECTIONS SUGGESTED TO ADJUST THE TENSION AND NOPE...NOTHING WORKED. BECAUSE I WANTED TO GIVE THIS PRODUCT ANOTHER CHANCE, I OPTED FOR A REPLACEMENT -VS- A REFUND. I JUST GOT MY REPLACEMENT ROLLER SHADE IN TODAY AND THIS ONE IS WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE. PLUS, THERE WERE NO HANGING BRACKETS OR ANY TYPE OF HARDWARE INCLUDED WITH THIS SECOND SHADE. Really needed full sun blocking blinds and these are it. My solarium was custom built and has various size windows. These come in so many sizes, all in stock, it easily met my immediate needs. The material is a superior quality and thick. I don’t think they will ever wrinkle and cleaning is a breeze. Took some getting used to but the no cord opening and closing became a favorite feature while addressing safety issues related to cords and my grandchildren. They roll up and down easily and resistance can be adjusted. Bottom line, provided sun protection and privacy while just so easy to install I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
