I was pleasantly surprised by this area rug. I never thought about buying a rug on Amazon, but this one was a great price and it matches my paint and accent colors really well so I thought I'd give it a try. The colors are vibrant and rich. The run itself has a very low pile, but is still somehow soft. I have 2 miniature doxies who appreciate having the rug for traction when running around, and love rolling on it (little weirdos) and murdering their toys on it so it's pretty durable. I don't know what " curling up on the ends" seemed to be the # 1 problem on reviews. I simply rolled corners back in opposite direction, laid it out and it lays flat. I even ran a flat wire extension cord to power my sofa. Rug is still flat. Its beautiful. Not real soft smells like burlap for a couple of days but its all good now. ... show more

This rug is beautiful!! The colors are bright and vivid!! I wanted something cheary for an office space and I think it works perfectly. The only downside is that it is pretty light and slippery, so before I put furniture down it slid around very easily. The other thing is that it feels kinda cheap. I dont care too much since I'm not going to rolling around on it, but I suspect if you have little kids then that could make a difference. ... show more

Yes, this rug is thin but for the price it is great - I GET SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THIS RUG - it is so perfect in my LR - I feel like I should buy another one and have a spare. I'd recommend spending a little money and getting a good padding - I haven't done this (too lazy to move the rug) but for this low price you can spend a little more on padding. ... show more

I will say that this rug is not plush or thick. Its very flat but I saw that in the other reviews. It was everything I was looking for in size, color, pattern and price. It looks great in my dining room. The creases lay flat after a few days. the colors are very true to the images.

We just finished remodeling our house and I was looking for an area rug that would be perfect for our living room. This rug looked like it was it! I read a good bit of the reviews and overall it sounded great. I just got it in today and it was pretty much just as described. Soft to the touch but not very cushiony. It's pretty things, but seems sturdy enough. I will be getting a pad to put under it for some added cushion. As for the colors, they are bright and nice, the only thing I have a problem with is that the dark brown is REALLY dark, it actually looks black. I'm not sure how I feel about that, being I needed more brown. Oh, and the pillows that Amazon says people purchase with this rug, do not match! The dark blue goes well but not the other blue. Way off ... show more

Great rug for the price! It is thinner, but I used a felt rug pad underneath to add some softness and prevent slipping on my wood floor. The rug did come rolled tightly and was quite wrinkled. Tip: if you have a hard floor steamer, run it over the rug to quickly remove wrinkles!

This is a very vibrant rug with multiple shades of blue. With a good rug pad, it looks and feels so much more expensive so you really can't beat the price! I bought two but have to return one because I miscalculated the measurements. The rug literally covers a large amount of the floor so two would be way too much. Love the colors still! ... show more
